Rob was absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and most importantly he caught the culprit! Rob was very reliable and always came when he said he would come. I really cannot recommend Rob and SPS enough. He dealt with the issue we had in the loft. A squirrel that decided to move in. Persistent, efficient and sorted asap. Rob is also a really nice guy, who lightened the mood and provided reassurance and future prevention. I’m forever grateful and thankful. I can't recommend this company enough. We had found a wasp nest in the morning and just after midday the nest had been delt with. Paul was professional, talked me through what he would be doing and sorted everything out for us. If we have any wasps nest in the future or any other pest problems we will definitely call this company again. Very highly recommend.

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend 👍🏾

I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps. He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught. Paul was friendly and was excellent. Would highly recommend this company

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!

Really happy with this service. Came out on the same day initially to treat a wasp nest. Around 2 weeks later some wasps had returned but someone attended on the same day again to treat the nest.

We recently had an unwanted visitor in the loft. Booked an appointment with Gary from Pied Piper who came over within a couple of days at a time to suit us. Such a super nice and honest gentleman. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. Inspected my property, knew exactly what to look for and quickly identified the possible entry points. He gave some really great advice and peace of mind. Touch wood, we've not had any more visitations from the pests. We would not hesitate to use Pied Piper again and couldn't recommend them enough. I'm so glad I stumbled upon Stop that Pest. I had an issue with a wasps nest outside my children's bedroom window which was causing serious issues. Craig was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained the process and education every step of the way so that I knew exactly what was going on. He also investigated the attic and found another wasps nest which he was able to remove manually. My Mum had a wasp nest in her roof. Craig gave me loads of useful information over the phone and because it was January told me it was likely that the wasps would be dead and he would simply be removing “rubbish” and so gave a reduced price from his full fee (someone else I phoned didn’t mention this and was going to charge me double the amount of Craig’s full fee!). Craig came round that same day and checked the situation. The Queen was still alive but Craig still removed the nest for the same reduced price that had been agreed and also put down some treatment for some cluster flies which he found in the loft for no extra charge. Craig is friendly, thorough, helpful and very reasonably priced. We have used other wasp removal people in the past and Craig is by far the best we have come across and the cheapest – we will not be using anyone else in the future that’s for sure.

I called out Craig from Stop that Pest, to deal with a wasp nest in the roof, near to our bathroom window. Craig came out to us on the same day and expertly dealt the awkwardly placed nest within in minutes.
