Great pest control company from Walsall! We always had problems with rats due to being close to 2 fast food outlets and a fruit shop. They were quick to identify the smell in our offices removed the rodent and treated the area and not had any problems since. Great service, nice friendly staff and very quick to sort out. We contacted Walsall & Lichfield Pest Control when we identified we had some mice friends visiting our factory units and despite being busy they were happy to send somebody out to assess the situation within 24 hours. We explained our requirements for any rodents to be dealt with humanely and they were totally understanding & professional, explained how their poison works and we immediately knew they were the company for us. Their prices are fantastic and the installation of the bait boxes and the follow up visits have all been excellent too. We have COSHH file on site which they complete for us so we don't even need to worry about dealing with the paperwork site to ensure we are compliant. Highly recommended!
