Pjs what a company , called at 1.30pm and Phil arrived at 2.30 all wasps delt with.professional and friendly , very knowledgeable ,couldn't ask for a more swift service 😁😁

Phil came the very next day after we phoned and arrived at 10am and was very friendly and professional. Wasps sprayed and made sure he got them all.

Called PJS at 8am for a whole heap of dead wasps in a bathroom. Phil was at the house by 845 and problem sorted by 930. Really friendly, very knowledgeable and most importantly effective!

Really quick service. Called up with a suspected issue, they offered me a visit within 24 hours but I went for the following day. Brendan was really professional and explained what he was doing. Had a problem today Bank holiday Monday with wasps. Called Brendan at STP pest control LTD about our problem and with upmost professionalism he was with us within a few hours. Upon calling Prokill they were very quick in responding to my dilemma & were straight out to access our pest problem. It turned out we had carpet beetles something I had not heard of before. In line with the previous review I find Solihull PROKILL's service to be extremely reliable and always conducted to an exceptional level. I am yet to encounter any issues contacting the guys regarding reoccurring and ad hoc matters and they were even able to facilitate an emergency call out within 30 minutes of my initial contact. Fantastic service received from Arden services. Messaged last Sunday to deal with a wasps nest and they came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the nest didn't go as the wasps found another way in, but one phone call to arden services and they arranged to come back out to have another go. As it was the same nest, there was no additional charge. Would definitely recommend, this is the 2nd time we have used them in the past 3 years and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.

I discovered a wasp nest on Saturday afternoon and called Arden Services because they were the first company in the area who were open 7 days a week. I spoke to Richard who quoted me £40 and said he would come out early next week, or potentially Sunday morning (he would have to let me know). He contacted me Sunday morning to say he would come out, and immediately resolved my wasp issue, which was at the highest point in the property, by the loft conversion. Firstly I am impressed by how cheap he was compared to other companies, and secondly by how quickly he came out. Thank you Richard, I would certainly use you again and would encourage you to ask more customers to provide reviews.

I am so happy that I came across Stop that Pest, who provided an immediate quote on the phone and then came out the same day to resolve the problem. Craig the operative who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, always polite and professional throughout his visits and always explained what he has done and intended to do on the further visits. He meticulously investigated what was going on and then baited the loft space appropriately (where environmental health would not). Over the next few weeks, he rang me several times to check the progress. He always stuck to his word, and was well worth the money, and as such I have full confidence in recommending to family and friends. The only regret I have is not getting him in sooner.

I called out Craig from Stop that Pest, to deal with a wasp nest in the roof, near to our bathroom window. Craig came out to us on the same day and expertly dealt the awkwardly placed nest within in minutes. My Mum had a wasp nest in her roof. Craig gave me loads of useful information over the phone and because it was January told me it was likely that the wasps would be dead and he would simply be removing “rubbish” and so gave a reduced price from his full fee (someone else I phoned didn’t mention this and was going to charge me double the amount of Craig’s full fee!). Craig came round that same day and checked the situation. The Queen was still alive but Craig still removed the nest for the same reduced price that had been agreed and also put down some treatment for some cluster flies which he found in the loft for no extra charge. Craig is friendly, thorough, helpful and very reasonably priced. We have used other wasp removal people in the past and Craig is by far the best we have come across and the cheapest – we will not be using anyone else in the future that’s for sure.

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there. As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance. Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday. Top marks!
