Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. We recently had an unwanted visitor in the loft. Booked an appointment with Gary from Pied Piper who came over within a couple of days at a time to suit us. Such a super nice and honest gentleman. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. Inspected my property, knew exactly what to look for and quickly identified the possible entry points. Called Will to deal with a problematic flying ant's nest outside our home which was causing issues internally. From the very first call, Will was so knowledgeable and a total professional. He offered excellent advice over the phone, has been out to our house a number of times to oversee the progress of the treatment and has provided lots of helpful advice over text too - such excellent personal service that you will not get from the larger companies. Moved into our home 10 months ago and heard some scratching above the ceiling almost immediately when decorating during the day. I put it down to birds on the roof and the house being empty whilst decorating. Didn’t notice it again during the summer months, but we tend to have many fans on and windows open, which could disguise the sound somewhat. I finally ventured up the loft for the first time after 6 months and found masses of droppings. The Pest Interceptors team were amazing. Very polite and took the time to look around and listen to the rodent issue I had. They got to work and quickly found the source of the issue which was my neighbours drains. Very pleased and relieved- I can sleep again as I haven't heard any noises since! A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.
