Chris came round on time, gave us all the details on what to expect and did a survey of the property for possible entry points etc. True to his word after the set period of time all that he told us that would happen has. Excellent service from start to finish from the team at AMS. We called AMS as we suspected that we had a pest problem. The lovely lady we dealt with on the phone was extremely polite and professional. She talked us through the process and arranged for Chris to visit our home. Chris was also very polite and professional. He was very thorough and methodical in his approach. Chris was clear and concise in explaining his approach and timeline whilst making sure that we were comfortable. He always turned up on time and adhered to covid restrictions.
