We recently used the services of Birmingham Pest Control after encountering rodents in our loft space! The service received was excellent! Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. He was very professional, friendly, down to earth and the prices are decent. Would defo recommend him to others. Go ahead and book him now!

Called Matt at Black Dog on two occasions over a year ago for mice and more recently for rats (our cat died 2yrs ago didn't realise how good she was with rodent control 🥴). Andrew was on time and took care of a wasps nest above a dormer window. Very pleasant, honest and reliable. His pricing is also very reasonable compared to other places. Would highly recommend!

Sorry for the late review. We had an active wasp nest in our single storey roof. Please do not try and eradicate one yourself as we tried to. It didn't work and we got stung! Called Aries Pest Control who booked us in and within 1 - 2 hrs of the treatment, they had all but disappeared. They were very angry at being sprayed but it did the trick. Brilliant. Will definitely call again if we have any more.

Very professional and well priced for high level of service provided. Removed wasp nest above our garage door. Polite and punctual. Offered to return if any further issues but had none. All gone the next day. Highly recommend!

Had cause to use this company to clear mothers house which was left in a horrendously filthy and obscenely cluttered state by so called 'carer'. Andy, Darren and Keith were excellent in both their work and their compassion towards my family in the extremely difficult circumstances that we found ourselves in. Highest standards all round. We initially used Pestbuster to look after our pest control but we have since taken on the additional service of sanitary disposal as Pestbuster proved to be a much more regular service at a more cost effective rate than our previous supplier. Having built up a great rapport with sales manager, Debbie, if ever we have an issue, I know that it will be dealt with quickly. We are now currently having our business centre cladding cleaned...a huge job, 6 days so far, cherry picker, jet wash ...the works all whilst 70 business carry out their day to day business. The operatives have been nothing but efficient and professional with no detrimental effect on my clients. Cannot recommend this company more highly. Great job!!.

I highly recommend the services from this company. The guy was lovely, he put me at easy when I informed him I was scared of wasps. He was very professional and respectful of my home. He informed me what was happening and what would happen after the treatment. I’m so happy it worked and I can’t thank them enough. Rang them Sunday morning they came Sunday afternoon , the bloke was named George he was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. He removed the nest with good speed and skill,would deffo use these people again thanks.
