Locky was very professional and efficient when assessing our loft space. Timing of appointment was perfect and locky was very thorough. The service was excellent and the report was also very thorough and clear. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front. We are very grateful locky was able to compete the inspection on a date which we chose and was convenient for us. Overall excellent service and will definitely recommend to family and friends. We had a swift and helpful response to our initial enquiry from PGH Beegone who arranged for Locky to visit. Locky was very thorough and efficient. He dealt with the problem but also analysed the cause of the problem and then embarked on painstaking prevention and proofing work. Highly recommended.

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

Wayne and Sarah closely work with myself for our office and there skills, communication and ability is great! They are approachable with any issue and are always willing to talk and discuss options. They have a great attitude's with standards and legalities and would prefer to give someone the correct standards for the correct pricing than be like other companies which only do bare minimum and with high costs such as others well known companies. I would highly recommend pest master to anyone at all!

Dave arrived when he said he would, was polite & knowledgeable, made sure he dosed all of the entry points (of which there were 10 of them high up along a large stretch of exterior Wall where the roof tiles meet) and didn't leave a mess. Wasps one day, none the next. Would definitely recommend 👌

A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.
