Bradley came out to help with only 1 hours notice and did such a thorough job checking our entire house inside and out for rodent access points. Really lovely chap and went above and beyond!

Called out Bradley as was having issue with bird Pooh so much covering the furniture below where they nested. Solution was a board to catch the house Martin nest Pooh and spikes on the roof all done in a jiffy very reasonable and super happy here highly recommended

Dan was fantastic, came in and took over a rat problem that other companies had failed to solve, they just baited and trapped and never addressed the ingress points! Dan came and thoroughly assessed the problem made a plan of action and he was 100% spot on with the issue and he’s actions solved the problem quickly! He was punctual and all works carried out to a high standard, can’t recommend him enough!

Charlie was very professional and very knowledgeable about vermin control, he was absolutely amazing. He has sorted out our issues without hurting any animals which is very much close to my heart, so I am really grateful, also something he told me which I didn’t think about was if he puts poison down there is a possibility that my cat/dogs could eat it or they could eat the dead animal which would be a hefty bill at the vets. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as his knowledge and work are second to none. Just call him!

I had a big problem with bedbugs, I couldn't sleep at all and these guys came and solved the issue without any chemicals. They used some kind of machine and didn't use any chemicals. Whoever is looking for non-chemical solution - these are the guys. I Recommend!

Really great service. He came within the hour of receiving our phone call. He did a very deep investigation of where the rodents were coming from and knew exactly what holes to fill up. We had a bad experience with a different exterminator in the past and Salih fixed all the mishaps. He’s very respectful and he returned after 2 weeks to seal everything. From his first visit we had no activity again! We highly recommend!

Amazing service, I would definitely recommend. Salihan was professional, patient, thorough, reliable and went above and beyond to help me get rid of the mice in my house. After just one visit we caught 5 mice and he kindly came over to remove them the next day (he didn’t have to). He was understanding that I was fearful of them and was brilliant about it all. Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up. Let me start by saying I couldn’t recommend Bounty more highly! I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! The team has a fantastic reputation and we now too trust the guys implicitly.

Mark was very thoughtful, planning our job in so that the wasps would be gone by the time schools open as our nest was by a public footpath. As advised the wasps were all gone within two hours and our garden is safe again, very pleased with the service!

Mark visits us virtually every year to get rid of regular wasp nests and is always really reliable and accommodating. After getting rid of a hornets nest for us a couple of weeks ago, he came back to shift another wasps nest I'd not previously noticed prior to him arriving. He did this without charge as he didn't have time to do both on his previous visit. Really kind. Would thoroughly recommend his services.
