Brilliant! Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. He responded immediately and arranged a time suitable time for us to come and sort out the wasp problem. Mark visits us virtually every year to get rid of regular wasp nests and is always really reliable and accommodating. After getting rid of a hornets nest for us a couple of weeks ago, he came back to shift another wasps nest I'd not previously noticed prior to him arriving. He did this without charge as he didn't have time to do both on his previous visit. Really kind. Would thoroughly recommend his services.

Mark was very thoughtful, planning our job in so that the wasps would be gone by the time schools open as our nest was by a public footpath. As advised the wasps were all gone within two hours and our garden is safe again, very pleased with the service!
