This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. This company responded immediately and were on standby if any event occurred. Problem was solved within days and then monitored to ensure it was a one off incident. Thank you so much for your help. Absolutely superb, cannot fault the service in any way. I just moved into a new house with issues regarding wasp nests and rodents in the loft - reached out to Matt with a few photos of the situation, he got in touch straight away and explained clearly what would need to be done. Was onsite quickly, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about which solutions he was using and their safety level for my pregnant wife. Treatment was done and dusted quickly - immediate results, all pests removed and they haven't returned. Cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly guy, very knowledgeable, great service.

Found a hornets' nest in the early hours of the morning outside of one of our bedroom windows. Nine of the hornets had come in through the windows left open due to the heat and were flying around upstairs. After a sleepless night, I phoned Kent Pest Services. Even though it was a Sunday morning and he was out woth friends, Robert came over and sorted out the nest for us. What a relief. Such great service! It is not the first time I have used this company, and the service has always been first class.

Cannot thank Rob from Kent Pest Services enough for responding quickly and helping us out when our dog came home from the groomers with fleas. He was friendly and gave us lots of information regarding the treatment he was carrying out and was very professional. He made sure we knew what to do prior to his arrival and after, to ensure that his treatment worked effectively to get rid of the fleas. Had some bird proofing fitted on my solar panels by Pest-Tech as we had a pigeon problem. They did an amazing job and really happy with the result. Good quality and looks great. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would use them in the future for any work.

We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. I called Pestraid out when we heard a bird inside our chimney place. Their company accommodated to fit us into their very busy schedule with Kevin attending our property after 9pm. We found their service to be very professional because they kept the customer up to date on arrival times and will notify you when they are on route to your property. Kevin was very knowledgeable checking our loft and fitting a chimney cowl to prevent further pests entering our chimney . Kevin also prepared reports on his findings and work which was helpful . We found them to be very honest and reasonable with their costs.

I have used the services of Pestraid twice, once for wasp nest in the garden and second one for a flea infestation in my mother's in law house. In both occasions Pestraid have been kind, polite and understanding. In both occasions they have follow up with a call to make sure that the problem disappeared. The owner Kevin was very happy to visit the garden again to make sure that all the wasps have disappeared. The fees they charge are competitive and the service they offer is top class. My go to pest control company on Romney Marsh. John visited within a few hours of me phoning to inspect what I thought was a wasps nest. He found they were honey bees so put me in touch with his beekeeper friend who was happy to remove the bees & rehome them.

My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

My telephone query was quickly answered and Paul arranged a same day assessment, to look into the scratching and scuttling under my bathtub!!! Steve and Bradley were great.
