2 weeks ago late at night, I saw a rat in my kitchen. Next morning, I rang the Pest Control company. The person who took my call explained the pricing policy and arranged for a techician to visit that same day. This was very important to me as I'm petrified of rats. Steve arrived on time. He was friendly and got to work straight away on assessing the area. He identifed one possible access point from the garden. Traps and bait were laid. I took the option to have Steve return 2 weeks later to check the situation. Pleased to see him and delighted no sightings of a rat(s) since his initial visit. The service is expensive, but if you need a responsive service and are able to pay, I recommend this company.

I was more than pleased with mick. He was prompt and efficient. He explained everything to me in detail. I hope I dont have to use pest control again but if I ever do this is the company I would use. Thanks Mick

Extremely reliable service. We had a mouse problem that needing sorting asap due to having a baby and when I called up they were literally at my doorstep within a few hours. Writing on behalf of a neighbour. Sean McG came out to Orston yesterday and his customer service was excellent. He identified the problem very quickly and explained what the issue was and how to resolve it. I would highly recommend Sean and the Lady answering the phone. They are both an asset to the Pest Control Company.

From making that first phone call, within 3 hours they were at my mums property. Very quick and efficient service. Very friendly staff. They gave me a 30 min to arrival phone call which was a great help as I didn't need to be at my mums for hours waiting. They dealt with the problem and explained what would happen. They phoned me to make the second visit which was good as it had slipped my mind. Came out checked and put more bait down. But all good. Again friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the service. Would deffinatly use again.
