Highly recommend spire pest control.. these are the guys you need to get rid of any unwanted pests. Nothing is too much trouble, always reliable and on time and 100% amazing at their job. No matter what time of day I called for their help, they were always here the same day to put my mind at ease. They have continued to be in contact until the issue was resolved which was a huge reassurance for me and my family. These guys go above and beyond to help.. and I’ll always be forever grateful! Yes, I’ve gave these two guys a five star review, I look at their previous reviews and a well deserved five stars. However, I rang up for their service, within a few hours they came, really lovely down to earth guys, felt comfortable around them, did a thorough job, excellent, however I was told in the next few days they would come to inspect (rat infestation] advised what to do, I was told to text with an updated they would come in the next few days to inspect, I was very happy, the inspection never happened, a fortnight later after still hearing scuttling behind my skirting boards and not daring to go in my loft to get the Christmas tree down, I text them say I was going to get another company in to check out my loft, ve never ever been scared of rats before but the one that I saw in my loft must of been on steroids, he was massive and it took a run at me, I was out of there, I didn’t ring anyone else, I’m going to deal with the problem myself, scared has I am they need going, can’t afford to pay anyone else, after the text I sent I did get a reply to say they would come out in the morning and sort it, being who I am I said no, don’t like anyone doing anything for me that they don’t want to do. Also I must mention that I have the most irritating dog ever and I’m pretty sure he was the reason I didn’t get a follow up, in their defense I had an Electrician come to give me a quote, he never came back either, good price if the job was complete, feel a bit ripped off

Spire Pest Control provided a professional service from start to finish. They responded promptly to our call and provided an excellent service at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend them. I hope the little critter did not suffer though.

Spire Pest Control are excellent. They arrived at the agreed time and quickly and efficiently dealt with the wasps nest. They explained what they were doing and remained present throughout to ensure the job was completed. They are reasonably priced and are very friendly and approachable gentlemen. I highly recommend them and the quality of their work.

Stu and his colleague have been absolutely fab! I spoke with Stu about a rat problem in my loft and he agreed to come out the next day. They examined areas where rats had been travelling and left poison where needed. Stu discussed the drain survey before doing this a few days later and was able to show me pictures and videos which identified the damage done by rats under my decking and evidence of how they were entering my property. They did a super job of fully sealing up the hole the rats had made and they provided with me further recommendations of how to repair other areas of damage so rats couldn’t find any further weak spots! They never rushed the job and allowed as much time as needed to do the job properly. They were determined to find the source of the problem and reassured me that they wouldn't give up and would sort it! 100% recommend.
