From our first conversation with Mandy to the fantastic installation by John and Luke, we've been thoroughly impressed with Modern Garden Rooms. Mandy answered all of our questions before we even had a chance to ask them, and it was clear from the start that MGR are true experts in their field. The installation itself was completed in just three days! The team took the time to explain each step of the process, and we were kept in the loop about any decisions that needed to be made along the way. The finished Garden Room is exactly what we hoped for. We reviewed many garden room providers before we discovered Modern Garden Rooms and we are delighted that we found them. The patience and support from Mandy in sales was exemplary. The flexibility of design which is entirely bespoke and the quality of fittings as standard were just what we were looking for. Our build team Garry and Chris were just great. I purchased a Garden Room from MGR recently and I can only say great things about the whole sale/build process from start to finish! Mandy from sales was an absolute star, I changed the design a few times and nothing was ever an issue, Mandy worked with me to design the room I wanted and could budget for. The build process was amazing, John and Luke worked tirelessly in inclement weather in Plymouth, working through rain and high winds. I can honestly say they are an incredible asset to the MGR company, they showed up at 7AM every day and worked without stopping to ensure I had the room I wanted. They kept me updated every step of the way and offered great advice for the build, the best thing about them is, they were human and you can relate to them on a personal level. Not many companies provide that level of service! I would 100% recommend MGR and in particular John and Luke to give you the room you need and want. Just wating on plaster to dry and I will be a happy bunny in my new studio/office space!

We're really happy with the final product and the whole process was superb from front to back. Excellent communication, explanation of things, the documentation was clear and professional and they were very transparent and supportive. The install guys were speedy, friendly and did a really great job with the finish. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone who shows the slightest glint of interest in a similar thing.

Jon and Stuart did the most fantastic job on our back garden. It is totally transformed. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout. We had a rough idea what we wanted and Jon came up with a great design. The quality of the work is first class, - you can tell they are craftsmen who really care about their work, and do not skimp on anything. Something else which really impressed us was Jon giving us a really detailed breakdown of all the costs involved in the quote. All in all a great experience, and I would highly recommend them. Slow to review. Apologies. Evoke designed and then constructed our garden. From arrival to departure they were professional in every way. An eye for detail brought many pleasing touches to the design. Their portfolio of work reflects their expertise. They did not let us down. Year upon year we will be able to enjoy what they brought to us. They delivered on time (and even came back to tackle a snag list). Refreshing.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the detailed, measured and efficient work of Jon and Stuart with our garden work. We needed fencing, landscaping and a shed base constructing. My wife and I are always cautious about whether work will be undertaken to a high standard but Jon and Stuart have taken it to the next level. The work was undertaken during three consecutive days and within the time parameters they had set. They were hard-working, organised and always very polite. We will no doubt be requesting their help again with future work and have no doubts about recommending them to our friends and family. Once the shed is up and built, the next stop would be.. An infamous Evoke outdoor pizza oven! Very tempted! Cheers guys!
