Had some work carried out by Mo a while back. Old fuse box which required upgrading of to bring up to current standards and also a flood light in the back yard. Comms with Mo was an excellent from the start, price quoted was very reasonable and Mo himself was very professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would also use again in the future.

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. I had my existing alarm upgraded by BSEntwistle. Chris the engineer arrived bang on time and started work straight away. The existing alarm was a bit complicated but he managed to sort the circuits. He fitted a new bell box (which is illuminated) new main panel and two remote key pads. Also new PIR detectors and vibration sensors. The job took about 5-6 hours and he installed the app on my phone and my wife's phone. We can now monitor the system, remotely set and remotely un-set the alarm. It has given us much greater peace of mind. I would thoroughly recommend their services. Forgot to mention that Chris was very polite, friendly and professional and tidied up as he went. Thanks again for a great job.
