Carl came to repair a leaking toilet and was able to go a step further advising on another contributing issue that needs looking into. 3 reasons I'd recommend and use Carl again Communication - clearly sets expectations both timing and price Respect - Carl offered to take his shoes off without asking Genuine - doesn't make any false promises like I've experienced with some other trades people

Carl has done several plumbing jobs for me over the last few years. He always responds quickly, has great communication, always punctual and very courteous.
