Usman and his colleague did such a good job. They were quick, efficient and really helpful. They managed to fix one of my sockets that was faulty, with such precision and didn't do any damage in the tiles which was amazing. I can't recommend them enough. I am really pleased

On the 23rd we paid a deposit amounting to £1500 so I hope you understand we are concerned not to hear from you despite having daily communication the day before paying the deposit. I'm trying to be patient as I know you have other jobs to do but the builders need to finish plastering and we have wires poking out of the walls. I have attached images so you can take a look at the unfinished work Even if you don't have time to come over we would appreciate a reply so we can understand what to do with the wires, etc and when you can come to finish the job. We contacted Luke to tidy up the electrics for our heating system for the house. We had a number of issues resulting from the work of poor tradesmen that left us with no control over house heating and no way to heat water. We have a condenser boiler that is controlled by a Nest thermostat. I must say, Luke did an incredible job troubleshooting the issue, working systematically and taking time to understand the setup and identifying the root cause, which was definitely not obvious. 5 stars well deserved!

Abdullah and the team have been fantastic from day 1. AK Electrical Services were recommended to me by a colleague and I'm so glad they were! Originally we called them out to change a consumer unit in a property that hadn't been updated since the 80's. Unfortunately the property needed a full rewire with how the electrics had been altered over the years, but Abdullah and the team explained the whole process step by step, really showing the value of their service. Finding a good tradesman is hard, but I think I found an electrician for life! I've already recommended them to 2 colleagues and a next door neighbour. You will not regret getting these guys in.

Great service from AK Electrical Services. We lost power to the kitchen sockets at around 09:30pm and needed a expert to find and rectify the fault, looking online we found AK Electrical Sercives and gave them a call, we were given advice as to what the problem likely was and offered to come out straight away however we were able to temporarily use a extension to keep the essentials on and booked in for the following day. On arrival the next day they got to work straight away being very thorough and professional with the fault finding and was able to locate and fix the issue in short time whilst giving great advice regarding our outdated wiring and fuse box. Very happy with the work carried out and will be my first contact should any electrical work need doing in future. Thank you AK Electrical Services.

Cameron is polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He has done a great job with the ev charger, testing it with his equipment to ensure the charger and internal circuit was connected and working properly. Cameron clearly knows what he is doing , calculating existing load to ensure the additional chargepoint wouldn't cause problems. Even waited for me to plug the new charger into the car to ensure I was happy and offered to return if there were problems. We had a faulty unit initially but he returned to fit the new unit and fitted it around my time also - it's been a long time since the last tradesperson was a drain on cash or energy! Communications were clear, and frequent. Would happily answer any questions and called when requested/agreed. Turning up when agreed, leaving no mess. All costs agreed upfront. No pushy sales tactics. Open to suggestions and asked the important questions. One could only ask for all tradesmen to be like this and I will not be hesitating in recommending Cameron. Will also be hiring for further work in future.

Rashied has done a great job with electrical checks and an upgrade of RCD/surge protection board to make it safe and up to standard. He’s very neat and tidy.
