Being a nervous patient when it comes to dentists(due to childhood experience). I was recommended by a family member who goes to the practice. I was NOT in the least bit nervous when I arrived at the practice. I was given a very warm welcome by the reception team. The dentist was lovely, explaining absolutely everything. His Dental nurse was very efficient and very reassuring when I had to have xrays as I can't usually manage them. I have to say the WHOLE experience was very good. My hygienist appointment was good also. Everyone was lovely and explained everything. All the information I needed was printed out and also emailed to me. A HUGE THANK YOU to EVERYONE from the reception team to the dentist,hygienist and the dental nurses.

Receptionists were lovely. Welcoming, friendly and professional. I have seen many dentists over my 68 years who gladly take the money and spend as little time as possible with you, just another patient. I have found one that I can trust. Phil Moore. Who tells it like it is. Gives you information and options, listens to your concerns and doesn’t look at his watch to see if time is up. So very glad I went. Thank you

Thank you for fitting me in for today's appointment, I much appreciated it. My first visit to the Ilkley branch where the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Phil as always was very thorough and professional and explained the necessary treatment well, even though the treatment plan was changed at the last minute. Both Phil and the dental nurse were very considerate of my needs and anxiety and did all they could to help. I was very pleased to receive the aftercare email on arriving home.

It was my first treatment today at this clinic . Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Dentist and Dental nurse were very nice friendly, reassuring and professional. The treatment took an hour but I was never in any pain. It was a front tooth replacement filling , which needed to be done but it looks so much better now than it did before, due to the care and attention given to it by the dentist here.

Hi, my name is Barbara and saw Mr Philip Moore for a routine check up appointment today. I switched to ILKLEY Dental Care 11 months when I moved up here. My appointment went really well. It started with Phil making sure I was comfortable in the patient’s chair and I felt really spoilt. Then he gave my teeth a careful check and was pleased to see I’d done a good job of caring for them. So now I only need see him once a year instead of twice. Thank you Phil.
