The doctors printed my prescription in error instead of sending it to Thorpe Pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and the gentleman informed me he would personally collect my prescription if the delivery driver couldn't get to the doctors. He then went over and above his job again and delivered my prescription to my house after hours. Absolutely amazing service, thank you so much.

This pharmacy provides dosset boxes for both my parents. They are an exemplary business. Kindness and empathy are shown at all times. They have been my regular chemist for a few years now as I've always had better service from them than any other local pharmacy, they deliver my medication every week and will always call me in advance if there's any problems with my prescriptions rather than me having to chase it up on the day it doesn't arrive. On a chilly October night my delivery to the pharmacy was missed by their supplier, this meant I didn’t have a supply of Simecone until at least Monday as it was now Friday. Thorpe sourced and delivered some at 19.45. Amazing service again from this superb business. Big thanks to them.
