A great big thank you to the Keighley Branch for seeing me at short notice when I dislodged a temporary crown . As a nervous dental patient I have finally plucked up the courage to have some much needed dental work done. This particular tooth is causing quite a few issues as it has been sadly neglected by myself . When I phoned for an appointment at Idle there was nothing available as Kat was off ( everyone's allowed time off ) I got myself so worked up with the thought of having to go over the weekend but the girls on reception were superb. They went over and above to try and sort something out, even though I was both upset and unstable on the phone . After three phone calls they had me booked in at Keighley and the staff were staying late to accommodate the appointment. I saw Richard ( I hope I'm right with this as I was still in a tiz) who was calm , professional, took his time and made me feel safe sat in the dreaded chair Thank you to you all for your understanding and professionalism today. I am extremely nervous about visiting a dentist and put off doing so until I had no choice, due to a tooth infection and severe toothache. Rosina and her team were so kind and considerate, Rosina explained all my options and went with what made me feel comfortable. I felt a lot more confident in having treatment and ended up having root canal treatment, a filling and two crowns. Rosina and her team made me feel safe and in control which made all the difference.
