I went for the first time to the Fresh Smile Clinic with my partner. I'm a comfortable person when it comes to dental appointments, whereas my partner not as much. The clinic was really nice and with comfortable atmosphere inside. The dentist who assisted us was super friendly and answered all our questions without hesitation. We were both very pleased overall and we'll surely be back again soon for our next dental appointment. I'd absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone.

Such a great team! Very knowledgeable with up to date technology. Clean environment way better then my last NHS dentist prices not to far off either. Very easy to get a appointment and overall very happy!

This place is fantastic if you are nervous. They really understand my anxiety. They take time to explain my treatment before and during treatment. They notice immediately if I am in distress and stop. Then we work out how to continue. I feel fully in control. They do not need to sedate me they work with me around my fears. The only drawback is no NHS you pay for what you get. But so well worth the cost if you are anxious.

Such a lovely dental clinic. All staff were so friendly and professional. I came in with some concerns about my teeth and Charlotte (I’m hoping I’ve remembered her name correctly), gave my teeth a thorough clean and reassured me that there is no need to panic. Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. Roll on the 8th march for the first steps towards my smile makeover transformation.

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Honestly a completely different experience to anything I've had before. Every single person is friendly, helpful and it (almost) makes going to the dentist a pleasure. The receptionists are all kind, helpful and do everything they can to make your visit as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. I have seen two of the dentists at the practice and both are amazing at what they do, not only in terms of the quality of their work but also makes a refreshing change to have all options explained fully to be able to make an informed decision. I won't go anywhere else, unless all the staff leave. Highly recommend The Old Church.

Having been to the Old Church Dental Practice and having always been worried by attending dentists, this group of specialists really do take that dread away. Moazzam is a real dental artist, kind and caring and the finished tooth is a work of art. Thelma is also kind and caring and a real specialist. Having had root canal treatment her work is precise and painless a real gem. In general, all team members are polite, always courteous and wanting to put you at your ease.

Since you arrive everyone is very welcoming. Dr. Pritchard and his assistant are the best! I’m normally an anxious patient and they made me feel very comfortable with my dental treatment. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you!

Had my first extraction June 23 - worried beforehand but quickly put at ease. Process was very quick and painless and site is healing well. I have been with this dentist for over 20 years and have always been impressed by David's, and all staff's, mix of excellent of professionalism, kindness and humanity.

I’ve been to this Dentists for around 20 years and I always recommend them. I feel very happy and safe, the treatments have always worked very well. The hygienists have given me great encouragement and advice. I usually see David Wright, occasionally Emma Whitley. I’m someone who used to experience unreasoning terror at the dentist after horrible childhood experiences, but I now feel completely relaxed, not stressed at all. What a relief!

The Dentists and staff are lovely here. They really care about patient welfare and are skilled at what they do. I think that’s very rare in this world so I wanted to come and leave a review. Their manager is lovely , you can tell the practice , staff and patients are all well looked after.

Absolutely amazing, friendly extremely helpful staff. Keep you informed and reminders sent for treatment and appointments. Never feel uncomfortable in the waiting room or in the dentist surgery. They are all an excellent team who all work together. I would recommend this dental practice, each member of staff give 100%. The treatment I have always received is 10/10. As an extremely nervous patient,I managed to get an appointment through 111. From the lovely receptionist,the wonderful assistant and the amazing,kind dentist Dr Siddique, I have never EVER felt so at ease. My treatment was completed over the course of two visits,and I'm so happy to finally have my smile back. I can never thank you all enough. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone,5 stars is simply not enough.

My mum who has vascular dementia was seen by Imran after arranging an appointment through Jo who was just amazing and so understanding of mums needs. Mum was being fitted for both top and bottom dentures after hers were misplaced whilst in hospital. Imran went above & beyond in caring for her and making her feel at ease, she actually looked forward to her weekly visits! Today was the day she had her new teeth fitted and it was quite an occasion. We would just like to thank the dental practice for being so caring in how they dealt with mum….she looks a million dollars. Thank you again, you have made our mum smile again xx

Myself and my daughter both had tooth ache. A lovely lady called Joanne dealt with us and and got us booked in very quickly. The staff and dentist were wonderful!! Really chatty and made us feel relaxed. Treatment was done and we were reasured that if we had any further problems to get in touch!! Thank you guys!! Having tried getting a 111 dental appointment for 2 months, I finally got one at Beechwood Dental Surgery. I had the initial call from the dentist to ask about my problem. I was sorted out within minutes and got an appointment within two days. My whole experience was great, they are all very fun, friend and most of all professional. I had a tooth removed and all went well. I am now on the list to register with them. I can't recommend them enough. 👍👍

Absolutely fantastic dentist! I could not recommend Dr Sia Lord Dentistry enough. From the consultation at the outset to having the deluxe whitening and composite bonding done the whole process was a breathe of fresh air! Sia listened to what I wanted to do with my smile and made sure that I came away with the perfect smile that I had asked for. All of it done was pain free too! He has given me the confidence to always be smiling! I am so unbelievably happy with my smile! If anyone is thinking about getting any cosmetic smile procedure done then this is the dentist for you he is both affordable and friendly! I will definitely not be going anywhere else!!

Dr Sia lord is an absolutely amazing dentist! He made me feel so relaxed and even had me laughing even though I’m terrified of dentists! Really pleased with the results. My new teeth look so natural, which is the look I was going for. Unless you saw my smile before, you wouldn't know I have had them do. The process was very smooth from first consultation to the work being carried out. Sia recommendation of cosmetic bonding were spot on as he knew how I wanted my teeth to look once the work was completed. I highly recommend Sia and the professional work he does.

Had an emergency filling on my front tooth and was recommended this place in Bradford (I'm from Leeds). The Dentist A. Ayoub was extremely patient and professional with me and went over the filling making alterations to the shape and size over and over until I was satisfied with the final look and feel. Pity I'm not local or I would 100% switch to this Dental Practice as my Dentist.

I attended my half yearly dental appointment recently and are pleased to record my satisfaction at the excellent reception attention I was given and the dental treatment I received from my dentist and his assistant during my visit. I have attended the current practice and previous owners/providers since my twenties - I am now 74 years old. I have always received very professional service and would recommend Hewitt's Dental practice as an organisation to approach on any dental matter.

I had an excellent experience with Liz my dental hygienist! The service was highly professional, and I really appreciated that there was no waiting time, I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment. They were incredibly careful throughout the cleaning process, ensuring I felt comfortable at all times. I received personal advice for maintaining my dental hygiene at home. Liz explained everything clearly and provided practical tips that I can easily incorporate into my routine. I have been going to Hewett's dental for 20 years with my children and I can honestly say they are amazing. We have seen Seby for many many years and he is so lovely and puts you at ease immediately. He is amazing with our autistic child, who suffers from anxiety. I also suffer from anxiety and he puts me at ease also. I saw the hygienist yesterday for a filling and clean and polish and she was brilliant with me, I was extremely anxious, but she had a very calm demeanour and numbed the areas before injecting the anaesthetic so I didn't feel it. I wasn't the easiest of patients but she took her time with me and the result was fantastic!! I would highly recommend Hewett's to anyone, especially those who are nervous

I am drawn to write a review today after experiencing exceptional service prior to and during an appointment for emergency dental care. I have chronic health issues and associated disability and extra support needs in terms of accessing dental care and they could not do enough for me to make everything accessible and a stress free (and even pleasant!) experience. My dentist is Andrew Lyons and over the last year I have had some fillings from him and they are perfect. I can’t tell the difference between a tooth with a filling and without. I am always really pleased with any treatment I have. However, Andrew also checks my daughters teeth who has just turned 4. Last time I went, I was horrified to find out she needed a filling in one of her baby teeth which she will have for a few years yet. Andrew explained that he could do the filling but Matilda might not tolerate it and if not it would have to be referred and become more serious. Andrew was amazing. He then took the time to speak to my little girl very kindly about fillings, in a simple way yet treating her as a grown up. He showed her what he would use and demonstrated it on her hand. When we came in for the filling he reexplained everything to her. He told her step by step what he was doing and counted down 5 seconds for her constantly through the procedure, checking she was OK and giving her a break. He told her when he had done the difficult bit and explained about the filling mixture, even showing it to her. He gave her lots of praise throughout. My little girl was perfect because Andrew was so kind, calm and understanding with her. I was so impressed! Often a bad experience will stops people going to the dentist. I know that because of Andrew, Matilda’s experience of the dentist will not be of fear. Andrew’s assistant even found the princess stickers for her as well because she loves princesses and let her choose two. I am really grateful to both Andrew and his assistant for the thoughtful, personal touch and impressed that they can be so brilliant with very young children, putting them at ease in such a potential very scary situation.

I have recently switched to this dental practise and have seen dentist Thelma Cavallini and hygienist Amber Belgrave. Both were friendly and provided a great service. The practise itself is a beautiful building, clean and all supporting staff are also extremely helpful and friendly.
