I would highly recommend Kippax Dental. All the staff are very personable are very well organised, including the scheduling of the next appointment. During the appointment, they explain where I am taking good care of my teeth and, where necessary, where I need to take a little more attention to some areas and why. I am grateful that, with their help and advice, I have continued to avoid gum disease, which they identified when I first visited them.

The customer service provided by the team at Garforth and Kippax Dental is very professional. I have to give commendation to Mackenzie (apologies for spelling) who was the receptionist at my latest visit. Very welcoming and very professional in answering my questions and getting me processed quickly both before and after my appointment. Her phone skills are also very good and she is a credit to the team. Overall, the check up was swift and professional as always. It was my first time using the Kippax branch, much smaller compared to the Garforth centre, but the quality of service doesn't drop.

Always a good experience, never had any problems, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. One girl called Rio helped me out a lot after she noticed I was in a bit of a panic due to my fear of the dentist, she was really friendly and helped calm me down which made me feel a lot better about my experience.
