The staff make it easy to book an appointment and when I had to change an appointment they made no fuss and I had a new one booked in no time. It’s always an enjoyable visit at Villa Dental too.

My recent experiences of treatment and care at Villa Dental have been absolutely excellent - all staff, including reception, dental clinicians and dentists have been understanding, responsive, and efficient in addressing the issue I had. I'm very thankful and appreciative.

This morning I went for my first consultation and CT Scan. Prior to having a tooth extracted. I have a real dentist phobia and am terrified of the thought of even going through reception door. However this morning I was looked after amazingly. The nurse explained every thing too me very clearly and continued to re assure me. I felt quite calm and reassured after my visit. Thank you

I can’t lie to you I would not wish the pain that comes with surgical extraction upon anyone, especially with dry socket which I recently experienced due to the nature of surgery - but I’m also honest when I say the staff at Barkhill are always so lovely and kind, and DR Beyqi you are always so nice and have taken care of me so well (especially considering you’ve had to see me probably way more than you’ve expected packing my wound!) both him and the dental nurses I’ve met have been so friendly and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else with how good they are. They have made me really comfortable and are so considerate. I’m currently swollen from a tooth extraction today but as always was sent with a helpful aftercare sheet and I know if I need anything I can call to come in and the reception staff will get me sorted! You guys are all fantastic, thank you 🙏

I have always found Dr Lad to be of the utmost expertise since he took over the practice from Dr Fraser and moved it on with technology and his skill growing the practice employing more dentists and hygienists and enlarging the premises. The receptionists and nurses cannot do enough for you ensuring your comfort and being clear with costs of dental care and plans. Dr Lad is thorough and you feel comfortable on everything from routine appointments to more serious dental procedures. I highly recommend the practice. It has a family feel is immaculately clean and documents are sent by email for you to complete prior to your appointment thus saving valuable time for busy people. Thank you team .

Had a very pleasant trip to R Dental Clinic today for my regular check up and Hygienist visit. It's unusual if me to say it was pleasant as I am usually very nervous and can't wait to walk out! Today however was a very different experience. Umar (dentist) and Mariah (hygienist) were completely new to me but I would have no hesitation in recommending or referring them to anyone.

I've been with R Dental for about 7 years and would never go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I recently had a crown fitted by the wonderful Aneesha. Thanks to Katerina, Matthew and the team. I had quite a bit of work done and as nervous patient it was stress free. I was made to feel comfortable at all times. During treatments Katerina’s regular communication helped me feel at ease. I had bespoke work done with Matthew. He explained each part of the process and I had multiple appointments to check fitting and the end product is great. I’ve got my confidence and my smile back.

At 87yo I needed advice regarding my present dentures. My appointment was timeous. I was given thorough and extensive advice by Matt without any hint of “ hard sell”. I left with the intention of pondering until my present situation eases. I was treated with courtesy by all staff and so recommend them highly. If only more businesses could be like this……..

Charlotte is amazing, she had my classical harp music ready in the headphones, which helps me get through my clean! Everyone at the practice is lovely and does everything to make you feel comfortable. I feel so much less nervous coming here than I have in the past.

The first 2 fillings I have had in 47 years. Kat was so professional yet friendly and personable. She made me feel at ease and proceeded to do the fillings without any injections. A great big thank you to the Keighley Branch for seeing me at short notice when I dislodged a temporary crown . As a nervous dental patient I have finally plucked up the courage to have some much needed dental work done. This particular tooth is causing quite a few issues as it has been sadly neglected by myself . When I phoned for an appointment at Idle there was nothing available as Kat was off ( everyone's allowed time off ) I got myself so worked up with the thought of having to go over the weekend but the girls on reception were superb. They went over and above to try and sort something out, even though I was both upset and unstable on the phone . After three phone calls they had me booked in at Keighley and the staff were staying late to accommodate the appointment. I saw Richard ( I hope I'm right with this as I was still in a tiz) who was calm , professional, took his time and made me feel safe sat in the dreaded chair Thank you to you all for your understanding and professionalism today. I am extremely nervous about visiting a dentist and put off doing so until I had no choice, due to a tooth infection and severe toothache. Rosina and her team were so kind and considerate, Rosina explained all my options and went with what made me feel comfortable. I felt a lot more confident in having treatment and ended up having root canal treatment, a filling and two crowns. Rosina and her team made me feel safe and in control which made all the difference. Deepak🫶🏽 what an amazing dentist he is! I have neglected the dentist for many years due to previous bad experiences but then I met Deepak at Bingley dental centre and he completely changed my mindset about dentists. He really is such a kind gentle dentist who goes above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible! Sometimes it doesn’t even feel like I’m getting a filling but more like I’m there to relax and chat with a friend! I'm not a fan of visiting the dentist. I am nervous of anything to do with the drill or injections. But Dr S Twaij has been the best experience I have had at a dentist. He explained what he was going to do, what was happening and what to do if I felt uncomfortable. Highly recommended.

I highley recommend Dr Muney Singh Jauhal, he made my whole emergency appointment so comfortable, he explained everything so carefully, and I have never had such a comfortable tooth extraction before, thank you to him and the dental nurse, and the reception staff. An overall very positive experience at nu dental. Staff are friendly, helpful and always happy to answer any questions. Lovely clinic with warm friendly and cosy vibes. The treatment suites are not scary looking or intimidating! For once I feel safe and confident about my dental treatment. Lauren was very friendly, kind and attentive. I underwent a breast augmentation yesterday, from start to finish every member of staff was extremely helpful, caring and informative. The whole process was so smooth and made me feel little to no nerves, highly recommend.

All members of the staff within the various teams of specialists taking care of me during my 2 day stay for a full knee joint replacement were very well trained and knowledgeable and the more senior staff were very experienced. They instantly put me at ease which made my knee replacement surgery free from any pre-operation nerves and anxiety that I might otherwise have had.

Had toe fusion yesterday 9/1/25, all went well.Would like to thank everyone from reception team to being discharged. The care from Mr Leggetter and Theatre staff were brilliant.
