The service in house was fantastic. However, my daughters appointment was cancelled on 3 consecutive occasions. Once making her late to school and the others an inconvenience to my schedule. Can't fault them besides the bad time keeping.
4 stars given as I feel they deducted me unfairly! However my child is still registered here, always found reception and dental staff welcoming and professional, not a bad dentist experience! As far as dentists go ha
My dentist Ihsaan is really down to earth and has a way of making patients feel comfortable. So much that my youngest daughter loves going to the dentist. He has also helped me to somewhat regain my smile after losing most of my teeth at 34. Reception staff are always warm, helpful and polite. Lovely dental practice. 🙂
Hi I had an appointment withe the dentist Ihsaan today. He is such a lovely dentist. I am a very nervous anxious patient but he puts your mind at so much ease as he treats you with so much care. He is one of a kind and we need more like him. He makes going to the dentist such a good experience and I really appreciate everything . Thank you so much Ihsaan. you are the best.
