All of my experiences at My Dentist in Crossgates have been absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend Tess and Bernie highly enough. It is the best dental care I have ever received and always delivered with such kindness and positivity. Tess always describes what is happening and why which I find to be very reassuring. They were also so accommodating during appointments where I needed to bring my baby in the buggy.

I took my daughter for some dental treatment here and was seen by Haley who was wonderful and explained what she was going to do and how. What all the instruments do and was brilliant talking with her throughout putting her at her ease. She left a happy little girl not fearing the dentist.

I went to see Hayley for airflow based on a recommendation. My gums were bleeding and quite sore, Hayley was really thorough with talking through the treatment and how to avoid this in the future. My teeth are completely transformed, I’m not getting pain anymore and they’re a lot whiter too. I’m booking back for 6 months time.

I'm a nervous patient and hate having a deep clean. These two ladies are amazing, put me at ease, numb my mouth and are so patient. Can't thank them enough for being so good with me... it makes coming to the dentist so much more bearable. 😊
