Reception v. friendly and helpful. Nice, clean, tidy place. Alex ( dental surgeon ) is great. I've been going to see him 4 or 5 years. He is really good. Explains things clearly, offers options, answers questions, generally has a great level of engagement and customer empathy. He's very good.

Needed an emergency appointment for my husband, called last night and got us in today. Immaculate set up, I dealt with a lovely receptionist. When it came to treatment, the dentist we saw was warm and welcoming, really helped calm the nerves of my terrified hubby! I won't go into details as to what he had done, but safe to say he was well taken care of, efficient and patient. Would highly recommend!

Was referred through 101 emergency as I don't have a dentist, visited today with severe anxiety and was put at ease by George who looked after me better than I could have wished for. Have been a patient at this practise for a number of years now. Even going for a check up has been a major ordeal for me. A few years ago I had a complicated extraction, was put at ease, reassured and everything explained to me. Today I had to have another extraction, can't lie I cried but again was treated like a human being and not a source of income or just a patient. They see so many but have excellent recall and remember. I'll never like going to the dentists but I would never go anywhere else. You cannot put a price on this kind of care. 1000% recommend.
