After a bad experience with a previous dentist, I was nervous to get treatment, but the reviews online looked promising. They really don't do this clinic enough justice. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond for a time and date that suits you. I was even called when there was a cancellation, so I could go for my appointment early and get on with my day. Dr Rehal is wonderfully patient, has always made me feel safe, and has gone over every step of my treatment with me, telling me which are better options even if they're the cheaper ones. They really, genuinely care for the patients at this clinic and I couldn't recommend them enough. I know I am in good hands, and it's made me much less anxious about going for appointments! UPDATE: I'm now in my second year of treatments with my dental plan and finally finished! When I first joined the clinic, I was surprisingly impressed with how friendly the staff were, how incredibly kind my dentist, Dr Rehal was in discussing my treatments and the overall experience. I have now completed all of my dental treatment plan first discussed in October 2023 and it has been such an easy experience! The whole team have always made time to accommodate for everything from appointments to payment plans, and have been nothing but lovely while doing so. While I am a private patient and it has been rather costly (since I needed numerous fillings, a root canal and crown), I have been astounded by how much it *could* have cost elsewhere. One member of staff specifically (apologies, I really cannot remember her name, but she was an angel) went through financing options with me and I was able to pay for my crown with this. It is such a huge relief to know now that from now on, it will just be biannual checkups like most other people. Until a few years ago, I hadn't realised how much my teeth were weighing on my mind but getting to this point is incredible and truly nothing I ever thought possible in the condition and financial situation I came to MyDentist with. I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough, especially for anxious patients or those with particularly bad dental situations. There was no judgement, just professionals who want the best for their patients. I will be happy to be back for my standard checkups!

Been to this dentist a couple of times now and my girlfriend joined recently too, they actually care about your teeth really good practice I must admit. Had my teeth cleaned today and the guy did an amazing job👌

No complaints here. Had an emergency and was recommended my dentist for a checkup. I thought it a little odd they asked for payment upfront but in a business where you probably get messed around a lot for appointments its not the weirdest thing. I went with it not knowing what to expect but the receptionist was ever so friendly and courteous and Konstantinos was very friendly, informative and helpful. Its the only time I've ever used them and it was for a short pain relieving emergency but I cannot fault them for service or attitude. Would highly recommend.
