My time at YDS was calm and comfortable with great care and consideration, I was offered refreshments as soon as I entered the building and my little girl got stickers with a complimentary lip balm which she greatly appreciated. I visited the clinic today along side my boyfriend who was getting 16 composite bonding done to his teeth. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with nothing but respect and received amazing hospitality whilst we was there and everyone was very friendly. The treatment took about 6 hours and was very worth it for the result we left with. Very satisfied with the clinic and couldn’t recommend them anymore! Will definitely be going back.

All the staff are always exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Courtney made me the best cup of tea ever…and I’m fussy about my tea! 😂 Ellie was great, she explained every part of the process and made me feel so comfortable. She took time to explain things to me and answered every question I had with expert knowledge x

A truly beautiful experience. First I was greeted by the reception staff who were so welcoming. Offering tea and coffee and making sure everyone is comfortable. My consultant was Dr Shaan and he put me at ease and talked through all my options making sure I was fully aware of everything that was to come. Following this I then dealt with Josh in the finance department who couldn’t have been more helpful! Josh was professional and and committed to sorting all the finance out for me. True legend! In a nutshell, a fabulous clinic with lovely staff and I cannot wait to finally get the perfect smile!!!

Very clean and modern. I was immediately made welcome. I sat in the waiting area to enter my details on a 'tablet'. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Coffee, tea or water was offered. The only downside is I had to go up and down some extremely steep stairs which is hard if you have mobility problems, which I do. If you can afford them I would imagine they would do a magnificent job. Except for the stairs I would give a 10 but I wasn't asked about my capabilities on stairs so will give 8.. Nigel B Davies...
