Seamless experience to getting the loupes, company is great with the 2 weekly communication on the status of your order and great follow up by Bianca. Excellent loupes and customer care. Alesha was friendly and very thorough in doing all my measurements and answering all my questions face to face at my practice, at a time that was convenient for me. The loupes are very high quality and lightweight but there was a delay in receiving them.
