Generally I don’t write any reviews but the treatment I had recently at ConfiDental Clinic had pursued me to write a review. This is the best dental clinic I have ever attended.
Dr Soundrarajan has been very passionate about her work, she has shown exceptional professionalism and kindness when she treated me. I have no hesitation to recommend her. Thanks.
Required a tooth extraction. Mrs Zainab did a though checkup and discussed the results of the x rays with me. She discussed options to replace the gap prior the extraction. She was very professional at all times
I've attended the Clinic twice, and the dentist and hygienist were both lovely. Not to mention the Front Office ladies - warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Treatment excellent.
Only issue I have is my treatment was a basic examination that included 2 small x-rays and you entered these on my claim form as a single item which means my dental insurers will only reimburse for a basic examination that doesn’t include x-rays.
Although there’s a single charge, if you could enter £39 (for the basic examination) and £10 (for the x-rays) this would make life much easier for me.
