Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

I was very pleased with my recent appointment with the dental hygienist. It was a great experience, probably the best I've had at any dental practice. Both Naz and her nurse assistant were gentle and kind. They were also patient and understanding with my disability. I would recommend them and this practice to anyone.

Following recommendation from 2 close friends I went for a free consultation with Dr. Jeff O’Connell as my front bridge of 30 years was broken and in danger of falling out. I was extremely worried that my weak dental bone structure would mean that my only option would be a denture. However, Dr. Jeff gave me the confidence that a new bridge was definitely possible. So, following an extensive treatment plan, 4 months later (I had a few planned trips in the summer), I now have a new smile! It includes a new front bridge (5 teeth) and 2 new crowns. I also needed root canal treatment. All the staff I have seen have been very explanatory and caring, including the dental nurses. I didn’t feel worried at any stage of my treatment. It has definitely been an excellent team effort led by Dr. Jeff. Giselle and Jess are a very welcoming reception team, keeping me informed if it was necessary to make any changes to appointment times. I would highly recommend The Dental Group to family and friends. The quality of my new bridge has left me feeling very confident as it feels very stable and comfortable.
