I have been dealing with the most fantastic Dentist and Nurse at the surgery. Omar has been so thorough and supportive with a new plate I have had made. Since after Christmas my plate has been getting loose. Yesterday Omar fitted me in at the end of his surgery. He took time to readjust and try to make the plate fit. Nothing has been a problem. He has treated me with patience, reassurance and complete professionalism. I feel certain that the problem is going to be rectified. Thank you both for your first class customer service.

Yesterday I had my first appointment in this practice. I’m a nervous patient who has some unpleasant childhood dentist memories. This dentist was very professional and made me feel at ease. So happy to have found a good practice.

I am very lucky. The dentist assigned to me for NHS check ups, Jaspreet Anand, is very knowledgeable and picked up on a condition that should be remedied or discussed years ago or shortly after childbirth. The discussion encouraged me to a broader reflection on my lifestyle and what my body needed at the time, while Jaspreet organised an NHS solution that wasn't costly but of which noone ever talked or offered before. Receptionists are polite and efficient. Parking free or almost free, if there's no space, cheap parking is accessible further along. I am grateful.
