I had an invasive procedure that was approx 100 minutes in total. I have to say that I was very nervous about the procedure. Basil was very clear, professional and informative of what was involved. I have to give a big thanks to Jo the dental nurse that provided reassurance that was much needed through out the appointment.

Can't believe my luck in finding this amazing dentist. I haven't been for years as I have a phobia. Dr. Basil was so gentle and kind and understanding. I told him no poky things in my mouth and no bite wings and he accepted that. Gave me alternative, non-invasive, examination options. I am very lucky in that I don't need further treatment for now. Just a "watch". Appreciate that he didn't try and get me to gave unnecessary treatment. Would 100% recommend based on this experience. I'd been dreading this for weeks and am so relieved to have met such a wonderful dentist and staff.

Brilliant experience with Basil at Crofton Dental. From my first appointment he was professional, friendly and made me feel listened to. He explained all my options and took the time to discuss pros and cons of each. I felt at ease at all my appointments and dental nurse Jo was so caring throughout, always checking I was ok. As someone who is very anxious of attending the dentist, I visited Crofton Dental Care following quite a bit of research online and reading all the positive reviews. From the very first visit the staff were amazing and treated me with kindness & put me at ease. Dr Basil has a very calm manner and took the time to fully explain what was needed and the treatment he recommended. I recently had implant surgery under sedation and would recommend this to anyone who feels anxious of treatment.
