Always a friendly welcome. I have used the practice for several years now. Really pleased with my hygienist whom I see four times a year, dentists once a year (various).
My experiences at Elm Grove have always been positive. Today's appointment fell into that category too. Tracy is always kind and considerate, and cares for her clients.
Whilst on holiday on the Island, my husband damaged a tooth whilst eating. Elm Grove dental practice was recommended and on contacting them, by phone, they couldn't have been more helpful. The receptionist managed to arrange a same day emergency appointment with the hygienist. We arrived at 4pm and received a warm welcome by Tracy the hygienist who treated my husband, administering a temporary filling. She was friendly and very professional. It was a relief to have the treatment carried out so quickly. So thank you all very much.
