Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. 6 months of Invisalign with Emma and the results are superb.. Emma and her team are amazing. Emma gives a lot of her time to make sure that everything is perfect.She is gentle and makes everything as comfortable and easy as possible. I’d highly recommend her. Is it worth it in your 50’s? I attended an appointment to have my teeth professionally cleaned. The appointment was scheduled by telephone , and started right on time. The dentist was calm, professional and talked through all actions using a water spray gun from with in my mouth , removed years of debris from in side my mouth both upper and lower jaws. My mouth knew that it had been worked on but in a good way. It made me keen to improve my teeth brushing techniques using an electric tooth brush rather than relying on an ordinary tooth brush. One does pay for this quality of dentistry but what price healthy teeth? I am retired.

I just wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Emma and thank the entire team at Holistic Dental Centre. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Emma always took the time to explain each step of the treatment and answer any questions I had. Every member of staff who I dealt with always made sure to go above and beyond to accommodate. The Invisalign aligners were easy to use, and the progress has left me with a massive smile. Literally. Been with this practice for years now. Never had any issues and always receive high standard treatment and aftercare if needed. Staff are friendly and courteous and put you at ease no mater how nervous a patient you are! Highly recommend if you can get on their books.

My family have been with this dental practice for years. I've always found the staff friendly and welcoming. The dentists have always offered a thorough check and always make sure that I'm aware of what is going on and any next steps are clearly explained.

Everyone at Chalet Hill are polite, helpful, and friendly. My dentist is very professional and explains everything very clearly. The reception staff are cheerful and helpful, and send a text, or call, to remind me of upcoming appointments.

Chalet Hill dental practice is the best dentist that I've had, the reception team are very welcoming and have been helpful if I've had to change an appointment. The dentists themselves are all very thorough and knowledgeable in the advice that they give, overall a very satisfactory experience and I would highly recommend.

Treatment is good. Communication less so. For instance, I'm in the middle of treatment to have a crown fitted. It takes a number of appointments. It would be good to be told at the beginning, "There will be X appointments; the first will do Y and will take Z minutes; the second will do A and will take B minutes, etc." Otherwise when you have to take time off work, you don't know when you'll be back. There can be a big difference between a 10 minute appointment that happens on time and a 30 minute appointment that starts 15 minutes late (as mine did). Yesterday the dentist asked me if I wanted "numbing", but hadn't explained what he was going to do and I had to ask in order to make an informed decision. Also I'd booked for 08:30. They are very good at sending reminders, but when I checked the latest I saw that it was now for 08:40. There had been no direct communication that the time had changed, nor anyone asking whether that was still convenient.
