Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. 6 months of Invisalign with Emma and the results are superb.. Emma and her team are amazing. I just wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Emma and thank the entire team at Holistic Dental Centre. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Emma always took the time to explain each step of the treatment and answer any questions I had. Every member of staff who I dealt with always made sure to go above and beyond to accommodate. The Invisalign aligners were easy to use, and the progress has left me with a massive smile. Literally. The results speak for themselves and I couldn’t be happier. Massive thank you again.

I attended an appointment to have my teeth professionally cleaned. The appointment was scheduled by telephone , and started right on time. The dentist was calm, professional and talked through all actions using a water spray gun from with in my mouth , removed years of debris from in side my mouth both upper and lower jaws. My mouth knew that it had been worked on but in a good way. It made me keen to improve my teeth brushing techniques using an electric tooth brush rather than relying on an ordinary tooth brush. One does pay for this quality of dentistry but what price healthy teeth? I am retired.

I would like to thank Nick and his team for the wonderful way they have treated me. I went in the clinic with very bad teeth the treatment was pain free and they had a lot of patience and worked on a pace to suit me.All off them are very friendly and reassuring.Nick has treated and saved the majority of the teeth. Had an incident where my wire behind my teeth had snapped off ( fixed retainer ) when eating, I was able to find a quick appointment for the next day to resolve this. It was my first time in this practice and it’s was great! The staff were lovely and helped me with any questions I had whilst I was waiting, and the dentist Nick fixed my problem swiftly allowing me to carry on with my day. The place was very clean and refreshing, I know where I’ll be going for my next appointments! Thankyou NB Dental! Highly recommend.

I first used Watercress Dental for a broken wisdom tooth several years ago (don't eat pork scratchings 3 days before your honeymoon!), when Tom repaired it in time for a holiday and planned for a crown but life got in the way and the "temporary" repair was so good it lasted 3 years until recently, when I started getting hyper-sensitivity in the tooth, making it uncomfortable to eat and even breathing in cold air would set it off. My own fault... I lived with it for a couple of weeks hoping it would go away but now, again due to go away on a big holiday for 3 weeks, I didn't want it to get worse or impact it. I saw Marcello and after a few x-rays it was determined that the previous temporary repair had reached the end of the line and it was time for a full root canal. A week later I saw Fawad for the job but some complications with severe inflammation meant that the job had to be abandoned halfway and the tooth packed with medicine and temporarily refilled again and a week of ibuprofen needed to calm it down enough to finish the job. Yesterday (2 weeks later) the job was completed and I'm good to go on holiday, pain and sensitivity free. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about wisdom tooth root canal surgery but found completely the opposite with Fawad and the two dental nurses who assisted him. Even throughout the complications while in the chair he was super calm and surprisingly informative, answering my questions and telling me what he was doing, why, and the expected effects/problems it would solve, while checking in that I was alright throughout. I don't generally write reviews of healthcare professionals, but felt compelled to write this as a result of Fawad's patience, expertise and overall nature. I'm sure he would agree that the issue turned out to be much more complicated/long-winded/invasive than initially expected once inside the tooth and yet I left after nearly 2 hours in the chair each time with no pain after the anaesthetic wore off and on both occasions I went from his chair back to my office chair and cracked on with my day as normal.

Professional and thorough treatment received during my recent hygienist appointment. Grateful to receive advice regarding improving and maintaining dental health. Only negative comment would be that I noticed the hygienist assistant didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but hopefully this was a ‘one off’ occurrence.

I cannot speak highly enough of everyone in this team. You are put at ease from the moment you arrive at the reception desk. I had an unexpected abscess over the weekend and the support of the on call team was also incredible. I had it drained and then the tooth removed and I’ve never felt so calm and cared for. I cannot thank everyone enough for making such an unpleasant procedure so painless and quick. I can now look forward to Christmas again! Special shout out to Anitha, Daniel and his wonderful assistant Sian - her kindness during the removal of my tooth will not be quickly forgotten. Merry Christmas and thank you to you all x

Everyone here is amazing from the reception team to all the dental team. They all make you feel so welcome like you have known them all for years the moment you walk in. Everything is explained in good detail for you when you have your appointment and if you need anything at all they are more than happy to help over the phone.

What a fantastic, 5 star dental practice. Every step of my service has been delightful and, most importantly refreshing from my last dentist. Roberta the receptionist was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional, booking myself and my family in straight away at a time that suited us. Dr Hephzibah Day and nurse Rebecca made us all feel welcome, safe, informed and in no way rushed while providing excellent care. I am honestly so grateful to have found this practice. Thank you.

Outstanding service. I was initially scoping out a dental implant, however this was unfeasible for various reasons. Dr Nikul Patel came up with an alternative and more cost effective option - a resin retained bridge. Notwithstanding some technical challenges, the bridge has so far been excellent; it is comfortable and I hardly notice it. The process was incredibly rigorous and flexible throughout - I was provided with a comprehensive overview of the treatment options and clear timetable of appointments over several weeks. Finance was quick and easy to arrange. Nik is also unfailingly polite, has an excellent dry sense of humour, and with an ability to convey often highly technical issues into plain English. I am also very grateful to Bethan and Roberta for their professionalism and support. Highly recommend.

I've been with Alton Dental for 6 years now, and they are by far the best dental practice I've attended. Dr Nik, Bethan and the receptionist team (Dhev and Grace) always greet you with a friendly, welcoming smile. You are never made to feel rushed, and Nik is always willing to explain/answer any questions. I've had all my old fillings restored over the past few years, and finished off with Invisalign; best decision ever! My teeth are in the best condition they've ever been in! I have been visiting Anju for my dental care at the Zebon Copse Practice for several years and have been impressed by the excellent treatment I've received with regular checkups, hygienist visits, and some cosmetic work to remove old fillings. A big plus is how quickly I was able to receive emergency support when I had a painful gum infection. I've moved some distance away now, but I still travel back to Zebon Copse as I am not changing my dentist!

I have recently undergone an extensive treatment plan at Zebon Dental as a brand new customer. Very fortunately the Zebon team transformed my first desperate urgent situation into a much healthier and stable one. Last week I had 2 appointments with Anita. I am a new client and a nervous one, due to difficulties encountered elsewhere. During my 1st appointment both Anita and Lorna ensured I was comfortable at all times, and showed a level of empathy and kindness I was really impressed with. Their communication was excellent so that I knew exactly what was happening. My 2nd appointment involved even more extensive and tricky treatment, yet again I had total confidence in Anita's skill. She is, quite simply, the best dentist I have ever been treated by. Her skill, knowledge and professionalism combined with her kind, calm and careful approach mean I will no longer dread a dental appointment. In addition she uses technology and techniques to provide a totally 5 star outcome. I cannot recommend the entire practice highly enough.

I was so impressed with my experience at Zebon Dental. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in to when I left. I was very nervous before my procedure but Mr Kerawala and the nurse (unfortunately I have forgotten her name!) with him did such a great job of putting me at ease before my procedure. Communicated very well what to expect and it was a very painless procedure. Although I couldn’t answer because I was working, I appreciated the follow up call the next day.
