I’ve been using this practice for several years. The receptionists are very friendly, welcoming and efficient. My dentist, Zahra Nadia Javed, is absolutely first class. She always explains with great care the procedure that she considers to be appropriate for me. I often fall asleep in the chair such is her skill and ability to make me feel at ease. I very highly recommend this practice.

I would highly recommend this dental practice! As a nervous patient I was very worried about having emergency treatment, the reception team were very kind and friendly which helped give me some reassurance as soon as I entered the building. Zahra and Cristina were amazing!!! Zahra was very helpful, patient and highly professional - she explained what was wrong with my tooth and discussed the treatment procedure in detail. During the treatment Zahra stopped multiple times to make sure that I was feeling ok and kept me informed of exactly what she was doing. Cristina was also very friendly and helpful especially when my treatment procedure ended up running into lunch time The service was excellent and I would 100% recommend this practice!

In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

I have been with Andover Dental Practice for many years and the treatment I and my family have received has always been excellent and professional. Fillings are never a pleasant thought and having had 2 very old fillings replaced over the past week, Amelia sorted them out without me feeling a thing. I can't recommend Nick, Sofia, Amy, Holly and Laura highly enough. Implants were the best option after a severe infection and a complicated dental history. As a nervous dental patient I was very apprehensive about a process that would take almost a year but I don't think I could have had a better experience. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, all my questions and concerns were thoroughly dealt with and I can't believe how seamless and pain-free the last year has been. I was very self-conscious as it was my two front teeth but even the two sets of temporary teeth Nick created were good enough for me to smile freely. Nick, and team, really did a fantastic job from a challenging starting point and I am very grateful for their care, kindness and skill throughout. It is possible to go for a cheaper option but I am so glad I didn't, as apart from an excellent result I had peace of mind throughout. Christmas Eve and everyone in the Christmas mood, but some of us were not looking forward to Christmas as much. A split and painful tooth needed extracting under sedation, and Woodborough House Dental Practice certainly came to my rescue in their customary professional way. Thank you to everyone who was involved in my treatment yesterday; the receptionists who welcomed me, the young lady (Holly?) who sedated me and prepared me for my treatment, and the wonderful Alex and his nurses who so expertly and gently removed my tooth. Alex is a lovely human being as well as an excellent dentist. Thank you also to everyone at the practice who I have seen over the recent month or so.

I recently came to the end of an extensive course of treatment at Woodborough House, including implant surgery, to fix some quite serious and longstanding issues. My teeth are now looking and feeling wonderful, thanks to the brilliant Nick and his friendly team, who just ooze expertise and professionalism. As well as giving state-of-the-art care, they always took the time to ensure I was feeling safe and comfortable. It is a rarity for me to write a review for a company however I feel compelled to on this occasion. I have been a patient at 20/20 Dental Practice for many years always treated with the utmost courtesy and receiving excellent treatment. A couple of months ago I had a horrendous accident whilst running and badly smashed my two upper front teeth - I was devastated ! I cannot express more praise to Craig Hughes one of the dentists at the practice who fitted me in at short notice and preceded to expertly perform no less than a miracle repairing the two teeth in a hour. I am so grateful for the expertise of the Dentists at the Practice and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Simply the best dentist you will ever find. He is extremely patient and kind and puts you at your ease throughout. He also has a great sense of humour. Exceptional Dental Care – A Lifesaver for a Visitor! I was visiting from USA when I started experiencing severe pain in my molar. It became unbearable, and I urgently needed dental care. Thankfully, I found ‘Smile n Shine’, and they were nothing short of amazing. Despite being from another country, the staff was incredibly accommodating and scheduled me in right away. Dr. Bhavika quickly diagnosed the issue and performed a root canal and fillings with great skill and care. The procedure was painless, and the relief was almost immediate. Throughout the process, the doctor and team made sure I was comfortable, explaining every step with patience and professionalism. Beyond the excellent treatment, the entire clinic had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was cheerful, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel at ease. The clinic itself was spotless, with a clean and modern setup that immediately reassured me I was in good hands. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service and kindness. The team just made me feel safe and confident from start to finish and I felt like I was in the most competent and professional care that I could have hoped for.

Smile n Shine is a lovely practice. The staff are kind and friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I love the screen with the calming sounds and pictures they have in their rooms. I was nervous going in, but the bird song and music almost made me fall asleep. The check-up also cost less than I was expecting. Edit: I've just looked at charges for check ups at other practices near me and they're double the price!

I discovered Smile n Shine after having been with my previous dentist for over 20 years. They were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and during my initial check up gave me so much valuable information on how my teeth looked, what I was doing right, and what I needed to do differently. I really liked the way they brought this to life with a digital 3D scan, highlighting the key areas so I could see for myself exactly what they meant. Prices are very competitive too, I'll definitely be back!

I have been dealing with the most fantastic Dentist and Nurse at the surgery. Omar has been so thorough and supportive with a new plate I have had made. Since after Christmas my plate has been getting loose. Yesterday Omar fitted me in at the end of his surgery. He took time to readjust and try to make the plate fit. Nothing has been a problem.
