I can't recommend Nick, Sofia, Amy, Holly and Laura highly enough. Implants were the best option after a severe infection and a complicated dental history. As a nervous dental patient I was very apprehensive about a process that would take almost a year but I don't think I could have had a better experience. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, all my questions and concerns were thoroughly dealt with and I can't believe how seamless and pain-free the last year has been. I was very self-conscious as it was my two front teeth but even the two sets of temporary teeth Nick created were good enough for me to smile freely. Nick, and team, really did a fantastic job from a challenging starting point and I am very grateful for their care, kindness and skill throughout. It is possible to go for a cheaper option but I am so glad I didn't, as apart from an excellent result I had peace of mind throughout. (Thank you also to Sarah for her advice and guidance up front, much appreciated).

Christmas Eve and everyone in the Christmas mood, but some of us were not looking forward to Christmas as much. A split and painful tooth needed extracting under sedation, and Woodborough House Dental Practice certainly came to my rescue in their customary professional way. Thank you to everyone who was involved in my treatment yesterday; the receptionists who welcomed me, the young lady (Holly?) who sedated me and prepared me for my treatment, and the wonderful Alex and his nurses who so expertly and gently removed my tooth. Alex is a lovely human being as well as an excellent dentist. Thank you also to everyone at the practice who I have seen over the recent month or so.

I recently came to the end of an extensive course of treatment at Woodborough House, including implant surgery, to fix some quite serious and longstanding issues. My teeth are now looking and feeling wonderful, thanks to the brilliant Nick and his friendly team, who just ooze expertise and professionalism. As well as giving state-of-the-art care, they always took the time to ensure I was feeling safe and comfortable. It took any fear out of going for even major treatment, because I learned I could trust them 100%. Thanks so much, guys!

Gone are the days of crying along to youtube videos of dogs being told they're going to the vet. I had a cracked wisdom tooth that was assessed within hours! Glad i chose local anaesthetic as i would not have experienced the magical firework show coming from my mouth to admire during the painless extraction. Lovely welcoming, caring and professional staff turned it all from dread to therapy. Got my teeth cleaned the week after which gave me my smile back and knowledge of how to keep it. Cheerful friendly relaxed atmosphere. I’ve had a bone graft and four implants - treatment was almost completely painless. Paracetamol only needed for first twenty four hours after treatment. Competitively priced. If you want to fill a gap in your mouth, this is the place to go - Go for it, you will not regret it 🦷 Lovely staff, I’ve even been promised a tub of strawberry Haagen Daz ice cream after my next visit - Dr Meroz??!!??

I went to Dr. Daniel Meroz’s clinic after I was disappointed of my prior clinic’s function. My experience there was very positive. The clinic was very clean and sanitary, the staff was kind and friendly, and the overall experience was very good and I wasn’t stressed as much as I were in different places, hence to Daniel’s very kind and calming treatment, which made me feel secure and relaxed. Moreover, the price was fair and I was satisfied with the final result. I will sure comeback on my next yearly checkup.

After a long time from start to finish (which is rare) I have a new front tooth and am very happy. After my first visit, everyone made me feel very relaxed. Then after my initial consultation with Daniel he explained the process from start to finish of an implant. Having Daniel and his Assistant Victoria take care of me was not only relaxing but informative. I'm really pleased with the outcome. Georgina is the best dentist I’ve ever had, she really looked after me when I had my wisdom tooth extraction. I was in so much pain and so worried but Georgina was reassuring and painlessly removed my tooth, Whilst I held the nurses hand! Also the receptionist is very helpful too! I must also say how spotless the surgery is.

I had an appointment with Lilly and Freya, and they are quite extraordinary. They worked on my tooth for nearly an hour, and, unbelievably, once the anaesthetic wore off, I had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. The team just made me feel safe and confident from start to finish and I felt like I was in the most competent and professional care that I could have hoped for.

I discovered Smile n Shine after having been with my previous dentist for over 20 years. They were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and during my initial check up gave me so much valuable information on how my teeth looked, what I was doing right, and what I needed to do differently. I really liked the way they brought this to life with a digital 3D scan, highlighting the key areas so I could see for myself exactly what they meant. Prices are very competitive too, I'll definitely be back!

Exceptional Dental Care – A Lifesaver for a Visitor! I was visiting from USA when I started experiencing severe pain in my molar. It became unbearable, and I urgently needed dental care. Thankfully, I found ‘Smile n Shine’, and they were nothing short of amazing. Despite being from another country, the staff was incredibly accommodating and scheduled me in right away. Dr. Bhavika quickly diagnosed the issue and performed a root canal and fillings with great skill and care. The procedure was painless, and the relief was almost immediate. Throughout the process, the doctor and team made sure I was comfortable, explaining every step with patience and professionalism. Beyond the excellent treatment, the entire clinic had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was cheerful, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel at ease. The clinic itself was spotless, with a clean and modern setup that immediately reassured me I was in good hands. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service and kindness. Absolutely fantastic dentists surgery with an incredibly professional service and friendly staff. I had my teeth straightened, with aligners, and the process was explained thoroughly to me from start to finish. I am very pleased with the end result and paid significantly less that other local providers. Would definitely recommend.

Welcoming reception staff. Was a bit apprehensive about our new dentist Shafrin as we had always been very happy with Paul. However, he was very pleasant, friendly and efficient and we feel comfortable with him already. Great service all round.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hygienist made me feel comfortable and calmly talked me through what she was doing. The practice was clean and tidy and created a pleasant surroundings.

Have been with this practice for many years and in recent times it has had a serous upgrade. From the receptionists to Dr Alex Chan, everyone is very friendly and the quality of treatment and modern equipment is very good. Highly recommended but beware parking can be sometimes difficult

She always explains with great care the procedure that she considers to be appropriate for me. I often fall asleep in the chair such is her skill and ability to make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this dental practice! As a nervous patient I was very worried about having emergency treatment, the reception team were very kind and friendly which helped give me some reassurance as soon as I entered the building. Zahra and Cristina were amazing!!! Zahra was very helpful, patient and highly professional - she explained what was wrong with my tooth and discussed the treatment procedure in detail. During the treatment Zahra stopped multiple times to make sure that I was feeling ok and kept me informed of exactly what she was doing. Cristina was also very friendly and helpful especially when my treatment procedure ended up running into lunch time The service was excellent and I would 100% recommend this practice!

Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. I have a fear of dentist possible like most people. But I can say they are very good talk you though everything they going to do. Have now had two teeth out and not felt a thing. Wish I had found these ages ago.

I am on the list of patients for this dentists, and I had a loss of a filling which was a week away from my celebratory holiday. They obliged very quickly and solved the issue. The front desk staff were helpful in arranging the appointment and the dentist did a great job on the filling. I have to admit that the expense surprised me a bit, but given my situation at the time I was happy to pay.

I had such a good experience with this dental practice. I am very scared and anxious of going to the dentist in general, but Amelia is incredibly patient and supportive. She is definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. Cannot praise her enough for being so kind and putting me at ease.

I have been with Andover Dental Practice for many years and the treatment I and my family have received has always been excellent and professional. Fillings are never a pleasant thought and having had 2 very old fillings replaced over the past week, Amelia sorted them out without me feeling a thing. Finding a dentist you not only trust but have full confidence in their skill and professionalism is a price worth paying!

As I got older my teeth changed, became crooked and the old composite was worn. I had a gap developing between front teeth that looked like pepper constantly in my teeth. I got 6 month smile braces and new composite. I also got whitener for my teeth. The change is amazing. I get so many complements on my teeth and smile now. Well worth the investment in my smile. I actually can't believe these are my teeth!!! So after about 4 separate consulations at 4 different clinics, I finally found Charl. I knew pretty much straight away that this was going be the man to sort out my super overcrowded teeth. He was the only orthodontist to actually listen to what I wanted. To give you a bit of back story, I had braces as a teen but sadly didn't understand the importance of wearing my retainer not just after having my fixed braces removed but forever. Fast forward to my mid-thirties and my teeth are all over the place, especially my bottom row. The overcrowding was so bad that previous orthodontists had mentioned the likelihood of having to have a tooth removed to create enough space to straighten them up. Obviously that wasn't something I wanted, but I was considering it. Shortly after that covid struck and we were in lockdown, so no orthodontists were open and when they did re-open there was such a huge backlog of patients to attend to that the wait was going to be a few months. That's when a company (I won't mention the name) promising a perfect smile in a min of 4 months popped up with no clinic visits and my impatience and lack of funds drew me in. Needless to say this didn't work out for me because I was terrible at remembering to wear the removable aligners, so out of the 22 hours wear that you are supposed to do, I was maybe managing 14! Back to the drawing board I went, thinking that I was going to be stuck with these teeth that protruded out of mouth every time I spoke, I started to research local clinics that were offering fixed clear braces. I went to a couple of different clinics near by where I live, but they were really trying to push the clear aligners on to me and I knew myself by then and I knew I couldn't be trusted to wear them 24 hours a day and it wasn't what I was asking for. I almost gave up my search until I found the Newbury Smile Studio offering '6 months smiles'. They were about 30 mins away from me but I was determined to see what they had to offer. When I met Charl and his team for the first time, they were so friendly and inviting, I just felt at ease straight away. Charl listened to me as I told him everything I'd been through and what I hoped to achieve and he didn't try to sell anything but what I had asked for. He talked me through the plan, how long it would take, how much it would cost and before I had even left the chair I knew that I wanted to go ahead with the treatment. The first week of having the fixed braces was uncomfortable but tolerable. I had to eat soft foods and learn how to speak again but after that it was a breeze and the time seem to fly by! Now I have the most perfect set of teeth and and I couldn't be happier and if I had to do it all again to get the same result, I'd do it again in a heartbeat! However, I do intend to wear my retainer and take the after care alot more serioulsy this time! Thank you, Charl and Team!
