Had an extraction and didn't feel the scratch of the needle it's was so professionally done. All the staff were great, helpful and friendly. All in all 5 Stars!

I'm a very nervous patient. But every member of staff I have dealt with here in Basingstoke have been absolutely brilliant. From the first moment I walked in the door the reception staff were amazing and calmed me down. The dentist explained everything and talked over my options.

Staffs are very friendly- from receptionist up to the dentist who checked my dad. They've been explaining to him every step they make. The doctor was very patient in explaining and answering all our questions too.

My visit today 04/06/25 was excellent. Check up and Hygienist. I am a very nervous patient. Dr Narina Maharaj treated me with compassion and upmost professionalism whilst putting me at ease in the chair. I was advised on further treatment but there was no hard sell. I visited Boots Smileright dental clinic and was seen by Dr. Narina Maharaj this afternoon on 6th May 2025. She proved very professional and also very approachable and she offered me the time needed to ask all the questions for which I needed answers regarding possible decay under a rather recent bridge. The X-rays she took she already sent them straightaway so my mind is appeased. She was very kind and helped me feeling less anxious regarding this matter I dread. I am registered with Damira as an NHS patient for years. A big part one of my molar tooth broke off around 17:00 on Thursday afternoon. I called Damira for an emergency appointment. I was told there is no emergency appointment available until a week later. The lovely receptionist told me that she is trying to find an earlier appointment for me and will call me back with an update. She called me back 20 minutes later and said that she found an appointment for me. I was seen by the dentist at 19:25 on the same day. This was a very positive experience with them. Thank you 😊!

Needed emergency dental treatment and 111 booked me in here. The dentist Mr Faisal Hussain was amazing. An accident had meant my front 2 teeth were impacted and one had broken in half - so painful. The dentist explained what was going to happen, the temporary solution and what would happen latterly when I visited my own dentist. He ensured throughout the process, I was pain free. So so professional, personable and empathic. Amazing care. Thank you so much.

I visited Dentalcare Hook to see the dental surgeon who is there on Wednesdays. I was seen on time, which is always good. She gave me an honest appraisal of my situation and, because it's an impacted wisdom tooth, suggested that hospital treatment would be the best way forward for me. Not the most pleasant news, but I appreciated her honesty. I have been using Dentalcare Hook for years now and, as always, all staff were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am so glad to have my tooth extraction process done by Dr. Salimi. She is friendly and has such a caring approach, particularly in helping nervousness she makes you feel at ease during procedures. I attended the surgery with my 16 year old very nervous child recently for an extraction in preparation for braces. To say he was nervous is an understatement, I didn’t think he’d get through the door without sedation at one time. However, the dentist, Satya, was absolutely amazing. She reassured him ever step of the way, speaking to him constantly to put him at ease and so he felt in control. Afterwards he described her as the nicest person he’d ever met and said although he was scared she made it OK. Well done Satya and to Chequers Road for having such lovely, kind and sensitive staff. My sons fear of dental treatment has been allayed which will make life so much less stressful. Thank you.

Went to the dentist today. Wasn't nervous in the slightest!! Anyone that knows me, knows this a big deal! I used to be so afraid, not sleep for days before, be sick, cry and at times just walk out! This is all thanks to Sian at Chequers Dental Surgery . She is calm, patient and lovely. Anyone with a phobia, she's your lady!!!

Anyone who is a nervous patient like me needs to go here. My dentist is Satya and she is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. She cares about you as a person and does her best to make you feel comfortable. She listens to your concerns and reassures you. I've seen her for the last year but when I was so scared of having a filling put back in she went above and beyond to make sure I had no pain and was ok through out. The practice has gone private now but she is by far worth it. She is also very good with my son who isn't scared due to her being so nice. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. A really nice practice. It's clear the owner picks his staff well and runs a very professional friendly practice.
