I visited Boots Smileright dental clinic and was seen by Dr. Narina Maharaj this afternoon on 6th May 2025. She proved very professional and also very approachable and she offered me the time needed to ask all the questions for which I needed answers regarding possible decay under a rather recent bridge. The X-rays she took she already sent them straightaway so my mind is appeased. She was very kind and helped me feeling less anxious regarding this matter I dread. Staffs are very friendly- from receptionist up to the dentist who checked my dad. They've been explaining to him every step they make. The doctor was very patient in explaining and answering all our questions too.

I haven’t had a lot of luck with dentists in the past, and I needed emergency dental help. Smileright were amazing! They apologised that they didn’t have a receptionist on today, but were still very efficiency and saw me as quickly as they could. My dentist and my dental technician weee both wonderful! They were kind, non-judgemental, and understood my fears of coming to the dentists. All in all I left with a much more positive outlook, despite some pain as I need to go back as I’ve cracked my tooth, but they gave me lots of advice on how to handle the pain before I go back in tomorrow. My visit today 04/06/25 was excellent. Check up and Hygienist. I am a very nervous patient. Dr Narina Maharaj treated me with compassion and upmost professionalism whilst putting me at ease in the chair. I was advised on further treatment but there was no hard sell.
