Andrew Tree planned and built my bespoke office studio, turning a small dining room into a really useful space. The work involved a large built in L-shaped desk, a wall cupboard and shelves. The finish is superb and I couldn't have asked for anything better, and I wouldn't have found anything better bought pre-made from a shop. Following this work I had Andrew back again to build my outdoor fence on the perimeter of my property. It was to replace a concrete and wire fence, which Andrew removed as part of the work. As it was a boundary fence it needed to be strong, with a locked gate at one end. I'm really happy with how it turned out, and it was really helpful that Andrew was not only able to understand what I wanted or needed he was able to advise on better solutions and suggestions that saved me a ton! The fence encloses and area to the side of my house where my office studio is. For my next project - installing french doors from my studio out to the backyard - I've already been given some great advice by Andrew, and I will be booking him in for the work as soon as I'm able. I'm really happy with the first two projects he has completed, so I'm looking forward to the third and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back for any future work too!

Andrew fitted my solid oak flooring and it looks amazing everyone comments on it. He also fixed a lot of the problems I had been left with by previous builders I will certainly use him again and am happy to recommend him to anyone.

So far we used BPS services for 5 different projects and all jobs were executed to perfection in a good time manner. We are particularly happy with Arthur's work, design advices and ability to solve difficult technical problems, especially to create beautiful and practical furnitures. I had a hideous 50's built in wardrobe that needed replacing, Derek made suggestions and sketches of what I wanted, measured up, built and delivered it, all flawlessly painted to my specs two weeks later, he had it all fitted and finished in a day, you would never know any work had been done, everything was spotless. Absolutely delighted. (I should add I'm his brother so you won't trust me but check out the other reviews...!!)

We cannot believe our luck in stumbling across Derek on FB whilst looking for a carpenter. From the very first email to the last brush of paint Derek has been utterly outstanding. I highly recommend Derek's work!! Previously Derek built two bespoke alcove cabinets for my office and more recently he's built our master wardrobe. I could not be happier with the finished products. He is very respectful when visiting the house and is always pre-prepared, meaning this work is completed in an amazing time. I'm already planning for him to build our next set of alcove cabinets, and wardrobes for the kids bedrooms. If you are considering Derek for any carpentry, you will not be disappointed.

I had dean fit a kitchen for me last year and make some custom built in wardrobes at the same time. He turned up when he said he would and left the area clean and tidy when he was finished. There were a couple of issues with the kitchen designs(designed by myself not dean) and he was quick to find a solution and complete the project on time! I would recommend!

The installation by Dean Barry was excellent. His attention to detail is a credit to him. He was always on time, polite and cleaned and tidied up at the end of every day. My wife and I are really pleased with the kitchen installation, we can't recommend him highly enough.

The quality of the Windows that I received from Ted really couldn't be beaten. Plus excellent service and communication during the in the initial measuring and specification, then into fitting. They have absolutely transformed my build, have already had appreciative comments from neighbors and I have no doubt they will outlast me and with care, those that follow. I can certainly recommend Ted and would use his services again.

Ted has done some great work for me in 2014 - we worked together to design this wine wall and Ted then built and installed it to a very high standard. He also managed all the other trades, Electrical, Air Conditioning and Glass doors. A complex job that turned out really well. Many thanks.

Ted has worked with us for three projects over the last year, 2024, a library, dressing room and media wall. These have been completed to an exceptional standard. We love so many of the details, particularly the attention to detail, the use of led integral lighting and the use of real woods. Ted came to visit to ensure he understood the brief, sent us drawings and ideas and then came to install on the dates he had promised. This is a rare thing with contractors, being on time, on budget and very helpful. Ted ensured the area he had been working was tidy and safe at the end of every day. Furthermore, even if the weather was atrocious, he turned up! He brought with him a tent to work outside on cutting and plaining so there was limited mess inside. We cannot commend Ted highly enough. He has delivered what we wanted with thought, creativity and care about our projects. Thank you Ted!

Ted built a cupboard for us to house our boiler and hot water tank. It was in a tricky spot with sloping ceilings and very few straight lines in a very old house. Ted did an amazing job to a really high standard, worked quickly, and always cheerful. Really happy with the work done!

C S Carpentry and Construction have undertaken two carpentry jobs for me - both of which were completed to an incredibly high standard by a professional and polite team. They fitted bespoke wall units/shelving and built a pagoda and privacy screening in my garden. At every stage I was consulted on what I wanted exactly and as the work progressed that the outcome they were creating was the vision I had in mind. I cannot fault the quality of their work and their advice on how my idea could be further enhanced with particular finishing. I would thoroughly recommend the business and will be using them again in the future for any carpentry work I might need completing.

The work done by Richard was top quality. We had a bit of an idea of what we wanted the units to look like but not fully detailed. After being let down by numerous other carpenters we were so glad to find Brothers Carpentry. Our first project was to utilise an alcove in our bedroom into a shoe/handbag wardrobe. They responded promptly and arrived when arranged, with an array of samples to choose (this was a first!) Great start guys! First impressions count, very polite and helpful. Quote arrived in good time and date was arranged. Communication was great. I absolutely love my shoe/handbag wardrobe. Exceeded all expectations and I’m so happy we were let down by others initially because I know the project would not have been as aesthetically pleasing. We then went on to use Rafal and Jan for bespoke corner units for bedroom and living room. Finally this week a bespoke wardrobe fitted, designs were agreed, changed and changed again with no issues. Very accommodating to our needs. Even took delivery of wardrobe doors whilst we were on holiday to prevent any delay to fitting date. Again exceeded our expectations and finally now have the organisation and a beautiful dream home. Thank you! We worked with Brothers Carpentry last summer to get bespoke, pull out, under stairs storage built. The guys worked with our ideas, their own ideas from experience and the bespoke requirements of things we needed to be able to access behind the storage to design and build excellent and quality storage. Look at the difference! On the left are a set of 135 year old stairs that where falling apart and on the right my beautiful, refurbished stairs. And I adore them. I contacted Brothers Carpentry Ltd to get advise and a quote to replace the staircase. Rafal advised that the stairs where built into the house and would be a huge job to replace. He then suggested having overlays instead which would be less mess and more cost effective. No brainer!! The team arrived bang on time on the agreed date. To complete the stairs, it took 1 day, and they are superb. They look amazing, I chose solid oak with no knots as I wanted a modern look, which has been achieved. Rafal and Ollie, are the cleanest workers I've met. Apart from the lovely staircase, they left without a leaving a trace of dust. All rubbish was removed without question. I would 100% recommend Brothers Carpentry Ltd and will definitely consider th for our next project.
