Called Julian when my boiler broke down. Julian was able to visit and diagnose the problem within a couple of hours, and had it fixed as soon as the part came in. Would 100% recommend.

Highly professional service with the level of attention to detail off the charts. It is rare to come across a plumbing service who are diligent, courteous, punctual, and an expert in their craft. I had a full bathroom refurb done, and they managed all aspects from start to finish. They were fully transparent at every step, and offered the best level of service. I couldn't recommend WPL enough!
I had a problem with my boiler/water heater and called them for a quote/check. Julian was very professional and helpful. He gave me an appointment swiftly at a convenient time for me (difficult to do as I’m a shift worker). He was knowledgable and quickly diagnosed what the problem was and managed to fix it in an hour! Excellent services and fair price, would totally recommend their expert services for boilers.
