Couldn’t recommend this plumber more! Anderson was brilliant - he arrived within 3 hours of my call when my boiler suddenly started leaking water. He was super friendly, fixed the boiler really quickly and explained everything to me clearly so I now feel much better able to handle future boiler problems. Really reasonably priced & very efficient!

Prompt service when I was stuck in a bind. Encountered a broken faucet where I had to close main water valve in order to stop water flow. Called up other plumbers who promised to show up on Saturday and never bothered to even call. Instead I called Pacific Solutiond Sunday morning and Anderson responded promptly. After showing him pictures of the broken faucet, he arrived with a new faucet and went straight to work. Was done in a couple of hours and must say thank you to Anderson once again. Anderson was great to work with. He responded immediately to my plea for help, even though it was 10pm, and offered to come out the next day . He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get a new diverter valve, fitted it and serviced the boiler. Really impressed by Anderson's friendly and professional demeanour.
