Had Seargant & Son come out to service my Worcester Combi boiler - it was a good experience from beginning to end - I would not hesitate to recomend the company to others!

Normally, have yearly gas check. Spoke to Sharon in to make initial appointment. Sharon was very helpful over the phone to arrange a convenient day that's suitable for the gas engineer. Jeff came did his job professionally.

Had a visit from Sargeant & Son as they are my landlords appointed contractors. A lady called me straight away after I reported an issue to my Property Managers, to book an appointment to attend the leak. A gentleman then came to look at my, at the time, supposedly leaking washing machine (turned in to a more severe situation due to a neighbours leak!) Nevertheless, he was professional, informative and very helpful. By memory I think his name was Geoff. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs their services :)

Had Sargeant & Son representative come out to blocked sink and pipes in Ealing. I, as a woman, felt comfortable to let the guy in. He was professional. He did say the office should have probability a drainage engineer instead to clean the line but he said he would do what he could. And it looks like he did manage to sort the problem out, the sink was drainage when he left. Thank you

Needed to replace an ancient boiler and wanted to add Hive smart heating at the same time. Got multiple quotes in. Sargeant & Son stood out immediately as being very responsive and very professional. Everything went like clockwork, they were completely reliable at every stage of the process and the finished system works beautifully. Can't praise them enough.
