James is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through what needs doing and why. He helps you understand more about your plumbing system which is always a nice touch. We had to have a replacement pump fitted which turned out to be a bigger job than expected but James was very competent and did the job well.

By helping me understand my heating system I've saved a TON on call out fees as he's taught me a few tricks and understanding so that I can do the trivial troubleshooting and basic fixes myself and have James over for the things I can't. James and the team at Platinum have always been helpful when I have had boiler issues. This time I was worried my boiler may have needed replacing but they were quick to come around and quickly foind the issue, picked up replacement parts and had it back up and running!
