I'm a first time customer and very happy with the service provided (annual boiler service - Nov 2021). One of my neighbours recommended to me and I'm pleased they did. Angela in the office is friendly and helpful. Alan the engineer arrived on time and was very professional in his manners. Didn't waste time, polite, helpful (I had some questions which he answered clearly and simply), he left everything clean and was a pleasure to deal with. I needed a boiler replacing urgently as the previous one was beyond repair. Peter came out to inspect my broken boiler and was able to carry out the replacement within a few days, just in time for Christmas which was an absolute lifesaver! The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. Really impressed with the communication throughout the job. The new boiler is working really well and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Delightful, thoughtful and extremely professional service was provided during an annual boiler inspection in December 2023. We raised a number of issues (based on lack of knowledge and understanding on our part) with the engineer.
