I just wanted to send a massive thank you for saving my skin! While my wife was away, I thought I’d be a domestic hero and do some hoovering. Well, that quickly turned into disaster when I knocked her favorite painting down the back of the radiator. Naturally, I figured I could fix it by taking the radiator off the wall... within seconds, water was spraying everywhere, and the radiator came crashing down. Panicking, I called Robbie at Pinnacle Plumbing, who calmly explained how to stop the water over the phone. In no time, one of his team was at my house, fixing the radiator, turning the water back on, and cleaning up the evidence--so my wife never found out! I honestly can’t thank you enough. Jarryd came within 30 minutes of my calling him and he went above and beyond to sort my jobs. I had 3 issues that needed doing and he did them all quickly, efficiently and I now have a shower I can use thanks to J! I have used Pinnacle many times now, as have many friends, and I am always impressed with who they send. Such lovely, polite and tidy gentlemen, from Robbie on the phone to all of their great plumbers. It is a family run business and I think you can really tell this in the service you get, it is very personal and it is very comfortable to have them in your house, whether you are there or not. This is a telephone number you need to keep to hand and give to all your friends.

We recently had our boiler serviced and, yet again, Pinnacle have gone above and beyond when it comes to delivery. Gavin set about checking everything thoroughly, from gas pressures and potential leakage to the operation of the boiler itself. Generally, all was well, but he did advise us that our Carbon Monoxide Alarm was out of date, something I did not expect to be included in his review. He provided a replacement unit for us to ensure that we were safe and signed us off for another year without fuss and at a very reasonable price. Top service, I thoroughly recommend.
