This small business has shown what true fantastic customer service. The owner Michael pulled out all the stops to help me deal with a manufacturing problem. He was outstanding and I cannot praise this shop highly enough. 10 Star rating. FANTASTIC
They are very helpful. You can go to one of the large chain stores for plumping items as well, but if you need to talk to someone with plumbing knowledge then this is the place.
Highly recommended. Excellent, friendly service, good advice and communications. Patient and helpful to me as a non-trade customer both behind the counter and the driver/deliveryman too. So much better than the 'shed on a bypass' supersized plumbing store.
