We have used Lee and his team several times. They are very friendly, helpful and offer a great service. Recently we decided to replace our boiler ahead of winter and were offered a next day delivery and installation. All installed within 24 hours of getting in touch - would highly recommend!

Lee was so helpful over the phone when I called on a Sunday evening about my boiler. He talked me through the potential issues & advised me to increase the pressure on my boiler myself instead of getting a call out. The issue was resolved, I didn’t have to pay for a call out but Lee will definitely be my first call if I ever need a plumber again. Fab customer service!

Fantastic job done replacing a corner thermostatic shower and a heated towel rail. Got the job arranged easily and quickly (Lee’s communication was great), and Ali did a great job installing the items. I particularly appreciated how he found solutions to tricky installation points (such as pipes not being aligned). I’ll definitely be using them again!
