We recently used Pimlico to renovate our home. Sammy and his team were professional and proactive. We recieved regular photo and video updates and Sammy was always available to answer our questions and ensured flexibility in every aspect of the renovation works. We were extremely happy with the end result and Sammy and site manager, Marlon, made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the results before concluding the works, which were also completed within the time frame predicted. Sammy and his team supported us in repairing the railings outside the front of our house in London. Everything was brilliant from start to finish and I would recommend him to anyone! The initial response to our issue was dealt with really quickly, as was everything else from the quote, to the work, to the follow up to confirm we were happy with the job! Sammy and his team worked on building an internal glass block wall in a new property for us. We were very happy with the result, and communication throughout. We have done a lot of work on our house over the years and therefore have a lot of experience in working with tradesmen and builders. By and large Sammy is one of the most communicative and professional. He is prompt with quotes, has a large team and can get work done quickly. We recently had a flat roof replaced and a glass sky roof installed - about 3 days of work but nice weather needed. The team was prompt, courteous and produced a high quality product - they knew what they were doing and advised us along the way- everyone spoke English which is also rare to find in the team onsite. They take the job seriously no matter how big or small. I would call again without question.
