We have zero car knowledge in our family which can leave you feeling vulnerable to being ripped off when it comes to car maintenance etc - Steve Byrams garage has been brilliant with all our cars and kids cars. Sometimes with very little charge and never tries to oversell unnecessary repairs. We couldn’t recommend this garage enough.

Brilliant garage, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Completely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and tell you it straight. I had some problems with my car during a difficult time and they couldn't have been more kinder. I really can't recommend this garage highly enough.

I have used this garage for the past 3 or 4 years for MOT tests and welding work. Their work is always top notch, the staff are friendly, professional and obviously know their trade very well. No question is ever too silly, they explain everything needed in detail and only do what is needed. Their prices are reasonable, you can probably find cheaper, but I doubt you will find better. All in all, a brilliant family run garage that I recommend highly.

I honestly couldn't recommend this garage highly enough. Family run business, go over and above to help you. Jacquie keeps you updated, my car needed quite a bit of work doing, I was given timelines which were adhered to and it even got a lovely clean once repaired. Car feels like a new pin now. Turned around so quickly too, which given the holidays was incredible service. Always polite, honest, and great value. We’ve used Gav a couple of times now for repairs following bumps. His work is of the highest quality, we couldn’t be more pleased with it. Absolutely amazing service. Our van had a flat tyre on a busy main road in a position that wasn't safe to change, we called Muslin Hall Garage and within 10 minutes 2 of there lads turned up and managed to inflate it enough to be driven safely to the garage (which they also did so we could continue working whilst it was being repaired ). From the first phone call to collecting the van the customer service from all involved was next excellent 👏

I came here because I'd specifically asked my usual local garage to check my brakes as I'd had to make an emergency stop at 60mph. I was told they were fine. I set off on holiday but whilst away I realised that not only were the rear brakes scraping metal on metal but that they were also binding on. I took the car to Greensend where they confirmed that the rear discs and pads were shot as well as the car needing a lot of other work that is been given no indication of previously. I had, however, been aware of new of noises and a difference in handling but had trusted my old garage would tell me when things needed attention.. The work at Greensend was completed in good time and at a reasonable price. I can feel the difference in the way the car drives and an very concerned that my previous mechanic, whom I trusted implicitly, had let me drive an unsafe vehicle. Thank you Greensend for sorting my car out and making it safe.
